As the FBM Reentry Systems Engineering Manager, you will:

  • Lead GIS-related workstreams in government consulting projects across urban planning, utilities, land records, smart cities, transport and infrastructure domains.
  • Design, develop and implement GIS-based applications, dashboards and visualizations using tools like ESRI ArcGIS and QGIS.
  • Manage spatial data collection, cleaning, conversion and analysis from multiple sources including satellite imagery, surveys and open data.
  • Conduct geocoding, georeferencing and spatial modeling to support planning and decision-making for government stakeholders.
  • Support integration of GIS platforms with other IT systems (MIS, ERP, citizen service platforms).
  • Liaise with government officials and domain consultants to understand project requirements and translate them into GIS solutions.
