Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Support with merchandising management activities
- Analyze weekly sales and support the preparation of performance recap
- Support ad hoc reporting
- Support visual merchandising activities
- Participate in performance meeting, teams meeting, digital marketing meetings
- Collaborate across departments (Digital marketing, store operations, planning, logistic)
- Support in managing licensing and replenishment activities

The Merchandising intern will support the team with a variety of important tasks, providing an in-depth look into the daily activities.
Inventory Management:
- Transfer and consolidation communications to ensure efficient stock levels.
- Keeping track of inventory movement and adjusting as necessary.
Buying Activities:
- Assisting with collection order uploads.
- Assisting in creating store assortment PowerPoint presentations to plan product placement and selection.
- Buy book creation for FW25 collection
Store Communication:
- Following up with stores to address any suggestions or updates.
- Organizing and maintaining files related to store communications.
Reporting:
- Analyzing sales and inventory data to provide insights and support the teamβs decision-making.
Collaboration:
- Working with the brand team on various cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and support brand goals.
Store Product Knowledge Sessions:
- Assisting in organizing and supporting sessions aimed at enhancing store staffβs product knowledge.
Store Visits:
- Visiting stores to observe and engage with the store culture and atmosphere, gaining firsthand experience of the retail environment.
This role will offer a well-rounded introduction to GA merchandising and provide valuable experience in managing and supporting various aspects of the retail business.

Junior Account Executive
The Junior Account Executive will play a vital role in supporting and managing key wholesale partnerships, including Amazon, specialty stores, and other digital channels for Armani Exchange and Emporio Armani Intimates. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute e-commerce strategies, developing long-term sales initiatives, and contributing to the companyβs overall growth objectives. The position is hybrid, requiring four days in-office weekly.
Overview of Critical Duties:
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales performance by customer, compile detailed selling reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for accounts by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive and Sales Director to execute fiscal planning and ensure alignment with projected and budgeted results.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand and product collections; provide digital product expertise and support as needed.
- Manage the Amazon NIS process, including onboarding new seasonal ASINs, ensuring data accuracy, and addressing any listing issues.
Background/ Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within a wholesale/retail environment
- Experience with Amazon platforms (e.g., Vendor Central) is preferred but not mandatory
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $70,000.00 β $85,000.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
