Agency Support
- Business Planning and Execution
- Drive business performance in alignment with business plan for prime vertical to deliver defined topline targets
- Conducting weekly meetings with teams for cascading business plan & provide them with inputs to achieve agreed topline and focus on preferred LOBs
- Implement local R&R and contests for the team to ensure focus on deliverables and drive business
- Plan & deliver training to enhance technical capabilities of team to ensure they are equipped to drive business with intermediaries
- Support and Guide the team in Identification Top agents from competition and influencing them to do business with BAGIC
- Intermediaries management
- Support intermediaries by recommending focus areas/ target segments and guide them to maximize revenue generated for BAGIC
- Drive campaigns/ trainings/ league programs for intermediaries to develop their knowledge and enhance their sales capabilities
- Conduct joint field calls with intermediaries to support them in closing business.
- Conduct meetings with intermediaries for evaluating and increasing the IMDs’ wallet share as well as business mix with a focus on profitability
- Assessing and exploring reasons for low performance of potential IMDs and provide enablers for an improved delivery
Central Coordinator
1. Campaign Management
ᄃ Design/Ideation of campaigns , employees across national/local levels and refer for approvals / signoff from NHOD, zonal heads, vertical heads, finance, and marketing team.
ᄃ Plan & design communication plan for all the campaigns.
ᄃ Plan & execution for events across locations depending upon the type of campaign.
ᄃ Negotiation of best rates for all the events planned for agency & getting the same approved by NHOD / Finance.
2. Stakeholder Management ( Internal / External )
ᄃ Co-ordination with internal stakeholders (verticals heads) for disseminating the MoM held at HO for alignment with business priorities.
ᄃ Providing data to other functions (finance, HR, Corp. Mktg. , PMO) regards to agency LOB.
ᄃ Plan for training, communication of new systems to internal teams.
ᄃ Co-ordinate with external stakeholders (vendor partners) to provide inputs on new systems introduced for IMD’s / employees.
3. MIS & Reporting
ᄃ Plan frequency of reports, consumer of reports & formats of report.
ᄃ Review the reports for veracity randomly & suggest corrections for deviations.
ᄃ Comprehend customize report requirement by stakeholders (NHOD, zonal heads, vertical heads). Align team members to understand the requirement & review the reports / dashboards before it gets published with targeted stakeholder.
ᄃ Liaising with external vendors on planning & delivery of frequent report automations.
4. IT Support & Automation
ᄃ SPOC for I-Mitra portal, EezeeTab application, Access control rights to business system.
ᄃ Do requirement gathering from internal stakeholders on revamping of legacy systems, documenting the requirement & passing it on the vendor for development of new systems.

Team Member Extended Warranty Claims Non Motor
- All Risk Claims Management
- Implement Claims SOP within the team and service network and ensure adherence of the same in region
- Monitoring day to day claims activities and ensure claim settlement as per agreed TAT at region
- Guide and direct the team member in handling critical claims
- End to End claims processing, approving/repudiating claims considering policy terms and conditions
- Ensure up to date data entry in Claims Module by ASPs/Self and team members and document collections required for claims processing
- Interact with Service Providers’/logistic partners for timely service delivery and monitor service providers payments
- Updating customers about the claim’s status
- ACS Control and Loss Minimization
- Monitor the ACS of the region and take corrective actions to reduce the same whenever required by controlling total loss percentage, improving repair rate, negotiating with ASPs ( Authorized Service Providers ) to control repair cost and reduce repeat repairs
- Periodic ASP audits for the region
- Implement Salvage Management SOP and drive salvage collection processes on monthly basis at region
- Customer grievance management
- Ensure customer grievance to be addressed at top most priority and resolve the same within the set TAT laid down by department/organization
- Resolve complaints by interacting with stakeholders like customer/ASP/CFU team/Line Manager etc.

Health Care Officer
- Claim registration – On Daily Basis need to register the claims which has been assigned for processing , Scrutiny of the documents
- Reserve Setting :- Need to do the proper reserve setting on system based on the claim documents
- Technical processing claims which has been assigned for processing for health/ personal accident etc claims and deductions of Non-Medical charges, Standard deductions of co-payment as per the policy terms and conditions – On Daily basis need to do technical Assessment of the claims post registration of the claim which include billing of the claim as per the respective heads, Data Entry as per the standard fields in system, Deductions of non-Medical Charges as per the standard IRDAI list, Co-Payment deductions as per the policy terms and condition/ Benefit charts etc.
- Co-ordination with Branch Offices/Clients/Hospitals for requirements – Need to have follow up with branches office/clients/hospitals for additional documents whenever require
- NEFT Updation – Updation of customer/insured NEFT details on system while processing the claims
- Travelling/Relocation – Candidate should be open for travelling whenever require for official work and also ready to relocate based on the organization or business requirement.
