Overview:
Bajaj Finserv is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Manager- Lifestyle Finance at their Pune, India location. In this role you will be responsible for the entire back-end process of business, New initiative drive, day to day process related issues resolutions, New enhancements, and Projects. Manger-lifestyle finance role will be to Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as risk, marketing, finance, COE, and IT for the seamless operation of the business development.

Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire back-end process of business, New initiative drive, day-to-day process-related issues resolutions, New enhancements, and Projects.
- Engage with internal stakeholders like Risk, Marketing, Finance, COE & IT for smooth functioning of business
- Design and execute promotion schemes with the manufacturer/sales team
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed.
- Responsible for communications in terms of reports & analysis
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Post Graduate in Management from a good institute
- 1 to 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Capable of interacting with Teams and field members
- Should be capable of understanding field issues and converting them into actionable improvements
- Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
- Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills
- High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
