Global Corporate Banking 2026 Off-Cycle Analyst – Dubai
Programme Overview
Our Off-Cycle Analyst programme is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience of what it is like to work as a full time Corporate Banking analyst. During the internship you will be placed within the MENA coverage team, working across a diverse range of industries and products.
Training and Development

Responsibilities
As an off-cycle analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assist Global Corporate Banking professionals in relationship management, origination, and execution across a diverse set of product areas (including Loan & Bond financing, FX and Interest Rate Derivatives, and Cash Management)
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our clients, the industries in which they operate and how the bank helps support both their growth aspirations and day-to-day banking requirements
- Provide market-informed judgments on a broad array of financing strategies to address clients’ specific needs
- Help prepare detailed financial models and analytical presentations to provide advice across the capital structure
- Become proficient at credit analysis and the various metrics used to price and structure various debt instruments
- Gain familiarity with the legal and documentation aspects of various debt instruments
- Work on live transactions and interact with clients as you build your network and experience
- Help to generate ideas and cross selling opportunities for new and existing clients
- Assist in the development of client specific analysis (e.g., capital structure, acquisition finance)
- Work closely with Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Global Payment Services teams on client coverage and origination
Eligibility:
- Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between April 2026 and July 2027. Completion means that you have completed all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation. Please note that we reserve the right to request evidence of this completion date before extending an offer
- Achieved minimum of 112 UCAS point (or equivalent) and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)
- Must be available to join the programme anytime from January until December 2026
- Applications are accepted from a diverse range of degree disciplines such as the arts and humanities, as well as numerically focused subjects such as economics and mathematics
- Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus

The Team
The Investment Banking division is organized across industry, country, and product coverage teams. Industry teams include Consumer and Retail; Natural Resources; Financial Institutions; Financial Sponsors; Healthcare; Multi-Industries; Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure; and Technology, Media and Telecoms amongst others. Product teams cover Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance and country teams cover all regions in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and are partially or fully based in regional offices. Coverage teams work together across the Investment Banking division to provide solutions to our clients on a range of strategic topics covering corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advice.

Advisor Development Program – Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee: Visitacion Valley Financial Center (BILINGUAL MANDARIN SPEAKING REQUIRED)
Role Specifics:
As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care. We will equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development.
Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress onto the next stage of ADP as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). In that role you will transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and continue to practice the skills you’ve learned in ADP by beginning to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. As a successful MFSA, you will then have the opportunity to progress further within ADP with the ultimate aim of becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor. The Academy will support you along the way with dedicated programs, tools and resources throughout your career journey.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for expanding client relationships by identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships. Key responsibilities include advising on the client’s financial needs and the full array of Private Bank’s capabilities, establishing and deepening relationships with internal and external partners and Centers of Influence to identify prospects.
