Manager- Order to Cash

About the job

  • Upload bank reports into D365 to facilitate matching of invoices and payments (wherever non-automated)
  • Responsible for receiving payments and applying the cash against customer balances
  • Constant monitoring of unapplied cash receipts and follow up with customers/banks to resolve discrepancies (E.g., missing invoice no)
  • Working with sales team to support intervention on overdue items
  • Support in dunning/customer dispute management
  • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors

  • Develop consumer proposition basis consumer insights & communication plan for key flagship products / collections to support launch across all mediums of marketing and channel of sales with clear objectives & tracking of ROI
  • Lead local brand campaign creation with creative agency, and build implementation direction for all respective mediums
  • Implement global campaigns in India with excellence, on collaboration with other function teams in India
