Perpetual Fund Solutions (“PFS”), Analyst
Job Description:
Blackstone Credit & Insurance (“BXCI”) is seeking a motivated Analyst level professional to join our office in New York. The Perpetual Fund Solutions (“PFS”) Analyst is an integral part of the PFS Business Management Team and will primarily focus on Blackstone Secured Lending Fund (“BXSL”), our publicly listed BDC, Blackstone Private Credit Fund (“BCRED”), our non-listed BDC, and a daily traded interval fund expected to launch in 2025. Within this role, the Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for the organization, idea generation and creation of materials to be presented as part of the Perpetual Fund Board Meetings and will help to plan events around the meetings. The analyst will assist in the development and maintenance of data files used to help the PFS Business Management team track and maintain records for corporate governance. Additionally, the role will be responsible for assisting the PFS COO with various strategic initiatives. As a result of the breadth of these responsibilities, candidates will develop a unique understanding of credit structures, relationship management and portfolio investment strategies.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creation and enhancement of materials summarizing all topics for the BDC Boards and other stakeholders of the perpetual fund and direct lending businesses
- Planning and logistics management of the PFS Board meetings, Board dinners and other related events
- Liaise with teams across BXCI, including Finance, Legal & Compliance, Stakeholder Relations, and teams across Blackstone, including Private Wealth Solutions and Real Estate
- General project management support for the BXCI Perpetual Fund Solutions COO team
- Build-out of best practices for the Funds’ continued growth

Expected annual base salary range:

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. Private Equity – Valuations & Analytics, Analyst
Blackstone’s Portfolio Management group is looking for an Analyst within its Private Equity Valuations & Analytics team. The core focus of the group is to evaluate, analyze and summarize valuation and performance results for Blackstone’s portfolios on a regular basis. In addition, the group is responsible for forecasting financials, producing fund level performance records and analytics, as well as preparing various LP and management reports and requests. Other responsibilities may include supporting the broader finance and investor relations teams on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investors and in fulfilling management requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with updating valuation templates each quarter, including discounted cash flow (DCF), performance multiple (PM) and other valuation models
- Compiling documentation to support actual financial and company comparable assumptions used in the valuation models
- Assessing underlying assumptions used to develop DCF, performance multiples, and other valuations
- Maintaining, preparing and analyzing summary valuation and performance schedules
- Participating in discussions with and provide deliverables to various constituents, including Deal Analysts, Investor Relations, and Senior Management as well as External and Internal Audit groups
- Updating quarterly planning models to reflect actual performance, and roll future cash flows. Completing variance analyses

Real Estate Finance & Analytics, Associate
The Real Estate Finance & Analytics team is looking for an Associate to support the Global Blackstone Real Estate Opportunistic Platform (“BREP”). The group is responsible for the preparation of performance and attribution reporting of BREP results for internal and external purposes. The group mainly provides support to business management and deal professionals while addressing a variety of investor relations, management reporting, and global investor relations strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Valuation Reporting: Collaborate with finance, asset management and portfolio management teams across the globe to prepare quarterly valuation materials presented to senior management and the committee. Partner with portfolio management and fund finance to manage the external review of our valuations
- Internal and External Reporting: Work collaboratively with investor relations and portfolio management to support the creation of quarterly and ad-hoc investor reporting. Materials include and are not limited to quarterly fund updates, marketing and due diligence materials, as well as the review of annual global investor conference. Qualifications:
