Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood or Berkely, MO or Arlington, VA.
As a key member of the BGS-G Business Development organization, this role provides essential operations support, including new business fund (NBF) management, budget oversight, risk assessment, and tool deployment. This position offers the opportunity to support diverse teams in multiple locations, so candidates must possess the ability to build effective business relationships, good judgement, and a bias toward problem-solving. Position Responsibilities:
- Provides business operations support to the BGS-G USAF Bombers & Fighters, and USAF Mobility & Training, and U.S. Army Services teams
- Budget Management: Work with teams to define requirements, attain authorizations, and conduct weekly reconciliations of budget vs. actuals, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Chargeline Management: Create and manage chargelines in the Exchange tool, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Compliance: serve as the first line checkpoint on appropriate funding sources and collaborate with Cost Policy, Finance, etc. as needed
- Gate Reviews Coordination: Organize and manage gate and NBF reviews, ensuring alignment and compliance with proper processes.
- Tool Expert: Serve as the go-to expert for BD tools, including Salesforce, IR&D Planner, and ESGP Tool, to enhance reporting and dashboard capabilities.
- Payment Management: Oversee payments within ARIBA and NO PO Tool, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Company Contributions Management: Coordinate annual requests and manage in-year contributions through the STAR tool, collaborating with various stakeholders in BGS, BDS, Government Operations etc
- Special Projects: Take on ad hoc tasks and special projects that align with business needs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working on collaborative projects across management levels and functions
- Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and resource forecasting
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing and presenting to senior leadership
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or similar or equivalent military experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working on collaborative projects across management levels and functions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with contracts, accounting, and compliance
- MBA or comparable master’s degree (in progress or completed)

Associate Product Acceptance Specialist (Variable Shift)
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Associate Product Acceptance Specialists to join the Interiors Responsibility Center (IRCSC) Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on a variable shift.
Primary responsibility will be to perform inspections ensuring parts and assemblies meet type design, specifications, and engineering. Fleet Support Engineering Technician
The Boeing Government Vehicle Health Management system (GVHMS) has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Support Engineering Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.
The Fleet Support Engineering Technician is responsible for directly supporting F/A-18 fleet users on the F/A-18 Automated Maintenance Environment (FAME) product. This includes supporting the fleet Help Desk, scheduling and coordinating product training engagements, and collaborating directly with other fleet support partners (Boeing LSRs/Boeing FSRs/Boeing Tech Support Group/Boeing Safety Focal/IWC/FST/AWL/etc.). In addition, this role is responsible for execution of electronic logbook efforts in alignment with production operations.
Position Responsibilities:
• Supports and ensures coverage of the AME Help Desk, primarily supporting Eastern Time Zone
• Schedules, coordinates, and supports fleet implementation and training events domestically and internationally.

As a member of this Boeing BR&T Software Quality team, you have the autonomy and responsibility to work with programs to assure the required processes are used for developing, controlling, and verifying software products, whether developed by Boeing or provided by suppliers.
