What You’ll Do
The Center for Growth & Innovation Analytics is a specialized and global topic within the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area, dedicated to solving our clients’ most challenging questions on growth, strategy, innovation and technology, using a range of innovation data lenses and advanced analytical methods. From innovation scouting to IP commercialization, competitive strategy to growth & investment opportunity assessments, our team solves the most complex problems on a daily basis. We’re one of the fastest growing capabilities in BCG, and also one of the most creative in building novel products, offerings and approaches.
As a Knowledge Analyst (KA) within BCG’s Center for Growth & Analytics and Corporate Finance Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Knowledge Analyst you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.
What You’ll Bring
- ~1 year of consulting experience in relevant sector/topic required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, ~1-3 years minimum industry experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred) with high academic achievement required, particularly in areas of chemistry, engineering, computer science, applied math/physics, or life sciences.
- Prior experience or background in IP/ patent research, technology transfer, or patent analytics is desirable.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Access, network visualization and analysis tools (e.g. Giphy, others), social network/ sentiment analysis and/or basic programming capabilities (Python, R) will be an added asset.
- Strong analytical skills, ability & desire to work with large datasets and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Fluency in English

¿Global Finance & Operations Associate – Employee & Time Mgmt.¿
As a part of the Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS) team, you will play a key role in recording, validating, reporting, and analyzing financial transactions, such as timesheets and expenses, to ensure accurate accounting and internal financial reporting. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee and project code data within our financial systems, reconciling and providing reports on key transactions. The team will support BCG offices across multiple global locations, collaborating closely with local finance teams to ensure that all financial information is accurately recorded, tracked, and corrected within established timelines. Additionally, the team will coordinate and manage queries across finance, HR, and other teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting & reporting, time & expense processing, query management etc.
- Prior experience of working in a global finance and operations team and setup is required

Administrative Assistant
In the capacity of an Administrative Assistant (“AA”) you are required to support multiple senior stakeholders based globally (APAC, Europe & US). At BCG, AAs are an essential part of the team and are expected to grow throughout their careers, building and improving their skills to match the evolving needs of BCG. Taking full responsibility for maintaining their stakeholders’ demanding schedules, our AAs are expected to act with initiative and be pro-active, as well as being able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
