WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Research Associate within Data & Research Services, you will ensure delivery of accurate and insights-rich projects across different Practice Areas/sectors. You will gain a strong understanding of a wide range of research resources, information portals and approaches critical to delivering research outputs for your stakeholders. You will display your ability to synthesize data and draw insights in the context of the ‘research ask’, accurately. Over time, you will regularly engage with seniors in the team to grow your understanding of 1-2 Practice Areas (industries/ functions) and deliver deeper insights for BCG’s ongoing cases and knowledge products/IPs.

Administrative Assistant

In the capacity of an Administrative Assistant (“AA”) you are required to support multiple senior stakeholders based globally (APAC, Europe & US). At BCG, AAs are an essential part of the team and are expected to grow throughout their careers, building and improving their skills to match the evolving needs of BCG. Taking full responsibility for maintaining their stakeholders’ demanding schedules, our AAs are expected to act with initiative and be pro-active, as well as being able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Global Accounts Payables Associate
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Join us as we embark on a journey to transform BCG’s Finance organization. “Future Finance” is a multi-year journey to prepare the Finance function for the BCG of the future: a BCG that continues to grow, and one that has become more complex, more diverse and more interdependent. By rethinking structures and standardizing processes across geographies and business entities, we will make it simpler and more efficient to work together and flex to meet the needs of BCG. As part of the Global Accounts Payable Team, you will ensure BCG Accounts Payable Operations processes stay ahead of the vendor payments area’s risks. You will dive deep into defects and have a proven record of delivering process efficiency results. You will be responsible for processing invoices and managing external and internal queries belonging to the Global Payables Process.
Roles and responsibilities
- Review, validate the invoice’s bare essentials like supplier details, bank account, invoice number, invoice date, etc.
- Responsible for the processing of invoices, including cost allocation, accounting, and tax within the specified timelines
- Resolve internal and external queries via effective collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the highest user satisfaction
- Pro-actively resolve exception invoices and queries with a mindset to fix the process

Content Manager – Knowledge Management Services
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Content Manager is responsible for developing the content management strategy of the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area (PA) and capturing, building and organizing BCG’s intellectual assets on the intranet. This is an individual contributor role that involves engaging with Principal Investors & Private Equity Practice Area leadership define the content strategy and then leverage it to identify, collect, synthesize, organize and manage organizational knowledge. The role also involves conducting regular content audits to identify and develop plans to fill content gaps, and to share best practices across various topics. The role requires knowledge of the Practice Area, their business offerings, taxonomy and key stakeholders. The role also requires good understanding of content management process – identifying content needs, engaging with case knowledge champions to source materials, organizing and publishing them on the intranet.
The Content Manager role reports to the Manager of Knowledge Management Services and to the Global Knowledge Business Senior Director of the Principal Investors & Private Equity Practice Area.
BCG’s PIPE Practice Area works with the world’s largest investment firms, serving six client asset classes: Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Infrastructure & Real Estate Funds, Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Plans. Likewise, PIPE topics cut across not only these asset classes, but also across industries (e.g., Health Care, Consumer, Technology, etc.) and sub-topics (e.g., Tech Capital, Private Credit, Environmental, Social and Governance, etc.).

- Knowledge and familiarity with relevant topics/ sub-topics such as – Principal Investor Asset classes (Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Plans, and/or Family Offices) or diligence more broadly
- Strong understanding of the consulting space and knowledge services and management processes in consulting firms
