About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on the Cardiology Commercial IT team, you will drive sales operations, sales strategy, and sales & marketing integration initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing and standardizing processes to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Product Owners to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in JIRA, ensuring alignment with business needs and MVP delivery.
- Create and maintain business process maps, identifying pain points and recommending future-state improvements using tools like Miro or Visio.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and estimation sessions, driving collaboration between business and development teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support end-to-end testing, including UAT coordination, defect triaging, and clarifications to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborate with architects and solution designers to support system design and solutioning, particularly for CRM tools like Salesforce and ServiceMax.
- Track and report on project schedule, risks, issues, velocity, and burn-down metrics, supporting governance and status reporting processes.
- Apply human-centered design principles to optimize user experience and ensure business solutions align with user needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience supporting sales operations or commercial IT initiatives.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
- Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies, with experience using JIRA for backlog management.
- Strong skills in business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Miro, Visio).
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end testing processes, including UAT coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment.

Field Service Technician II – Boston, MA
At Boston Scientific, the Field Technician II will interface to patients to perform service-related activities (Troubleshooting, Warranty Decisions, Complaint Handling, Sales Orders, RGA’s, event registration, candidate requests, etc.). Accountable for complying with all Regulatory requirements with respect to complaint handling and maintaining the accuracy of the data within BSC business systems.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Reporting of field activities
- Electronic troubleshooting and component replacement
- In-servicing/training medical personnel
- Preventative and corrective maintenance
- Reporting all other complaints regarding products and documenting in complaint handling system for follow-up
- Equipment upgrades
- System installation

Required Qualifications:
- Two-year college degree (AA) preferred with a Biomedical or electronics major (equivalent education accepted)
- Able to work independently and responsibly with some supervision & manage multiple assignments effectively.

- Familiar with all standard electronic test equipment, including Digital Multi-Meters and safety analyzers.

Design Quality Assurance Engineer II – Sustaining Engineering, Peripheral Interventions
The Design Quality Assurance Engineer II supports a major product category with high visibility which will provide the right candidate with excellent growth potential. Work with high-performance cross-functional Sustaining Engineering team to ensure safety, quality and compliance of launched products while continuously improving their commercial value through end-of-life. Products transferred to Sustaining Engineering (SE) include internally developed products, Sourced Finished Medical Devices, and acquired products.
This position will be located in Maple Grove, MN and will provide key project support for design changes, market expansion, product performance monitoring, risk assessments, and cost reduction activities. The SE Design Quality Assurance engineer works in close partnership with Operations, Project Management, Regulatory, and Research & Development and focuses on protecting the design intent of a product to meet safety, efficacy, regulatory, and business requirements.
Your responsibilities include:
- Actively promote and participate in a cross-functional teamwork environment.
- Actively participate in the Design Change process to ensure the proposed changes to the products are systemically and thoroughly analyzed and assessed.
- Maintains product risk management documentation (i.e. Hazard Analysis, Fault Tree, FMEAs).
- Supports product Post Market activities such assessment of risk based on post market signals, field assessments, and post market surveillance plans and reports.
- Leads/supports the determination and implementation of Design Controls based on Risk Management, Customer Needs, and Manufacturing Input.
- Leads the development of and coordinates the execution and documentation of Design Validation and Verification activities.
- Applies sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.
- Demonstrate good working knowledge and application of validation and statistical techniques to comply with associated regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Perform regulatory standard assessments and support regulatory submissions to notified bodies.
- Maintain Design History File and Design Input / Output documentation (Product Specification, Component Specifications, and Prints).
- Collaborate with cross-functional new product development team to facilitate design ownership transfer to SE team; specifically, with respect to design control, risk management, and usability deliverables.

Cardiac Monitoring Tech I – $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
The Cardiac Monitoring Technician I is responsible for the interpretation and reporting of EKG data received for patients wearing Company monitoring devices to assist physicians in diagnosing the patient.
Up to $9,000 in Bonuses
$5,000 Sign on Bonus
$2,000 Bonus for each certification, CCT and CRAT
If you don’t have your CCT/CRAT certification, you will get an opportunity to once hired to receive it as well as a bonus up to $2,000 for each certification.
Event Hours:
- Day shift: 9:00am-7:30pm
- Night shift: 9:00pm – 7:30am (+10% shift differential)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process, analyze, interpret and edit EKG data
- Collect recordings and patient symptoms as needed
- Facilitate activation of EMS, if indicated
- Accurately document actions taken within patient records
- Facilitate orders for monitors and supplies
- Obtain patient transmissions and related symptoms
- Recognize abnormal cardiac rhythms/symptoms, and clearly communicate information to appropriate team member
- Ensure customer enrollment is entered correctly
- Address questions and educate patients, practices, and sales staff
- Fax serious and critical reports to practices and hospitals as requested
- Retain information that is job specific such as safety regulations and current policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with a high school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Formal EKG education, whether a certificate from a school or third party certification
- CET (Certified EKG Technician) – offered at some colleges and community colleges
- CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician)
- CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician)
- Working Experience in a Hospital or IDTF after receiving their CET or other certifications
- Hospital experience could be working in telemetry where they are interpreting what they see on the monitors and strips, then sharing that information with the doctors

The Cardiac Monitoring Technician position is an in-office role. We are located at 1717 N Sam Houston Pkwy W, Houston TX
- You must be available to work one of the scheduled shifts.
- We are not able to accommodate specific days or times off.
- Training is 6 – 8 weeks long, during the day on weekdays.
- You must be available to work the entire scheduled training period.
