What you’ll do:
- Teach students as per curriculum and schedule
- Resolve in- class doubts and improve the students’ satisfaction
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and improve parent satisfaction.
- Evaluate and document students’ progress.
- Observe student discipline and fill in the required details on the portal.
- Allocate and discuss homework, assignments, and tests as per schedule

Compensation and Benefits:
- CTC: 4 LPA (20% – 25% Fixed Pay and 75% – 80% Variable Pay)
- Variable Pay: 50% of Upfront Collection for all Verified Sales (No Upper Cap)
