Qualification : B.E / B. TECH In Aeronautical Engineering (or) AME or Diploma in Aeronautics with Technical publication experience.

Skills required:

· Creation/ Modification/Revision of SRM ID (IPC) for Airbus SA, LR, MB and XWB (A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350 and A380) programs.

· Well aware of Airbus standards, Tools & Processes.

· Hands on experience with Airbus tools such as SAP pcs module, SRM 3d ident, zamiz, airbus supply, Airnav, APS, PASS SSI and VPM

· Understand and follow the impact analysis to create the content to meet the change request.

· Ability to guide Jr. Authors / Jr. Illustrators, Authors / Illustrators.

· Ability to train new comers both for technical competence and process adherence

· Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis for any rejections & take preventive actions

· Ability to develop content for Knowledge and Training Sessions

Contract Mgmt Mgr

Export Control

Pre-Sales Stage

  • Involve at bid stage to understand Export Control requirements take required steps for Export compliance before submission of bids. Eg Support team in ECCN form completion, Export control assessment
  • Lead and work closely with the Sales, legal, and other relevant teams, and act as a bridge between the business and technical teams for Export Control compliance completion
  • Highlight any redlining of contractual terms and conditions for Export Control to the Lead CCM for each bid.
  • Responsibility of Export Control assessments for India. Lead required discussions internally with Legal India, Lead CCM and India Law firm. Complete required forms, as may be necessary.

Post-Sales Stage

  • Export Control – Responsibility of Export Control assessments for India. Lead required discussions internally with Legal India SPOC, Lead CCM and India Law firm. Complete required forms for submission to Inda Law Firm with approval of Legal India SPOC and Delivery lead India, as may be necessary
  • You will be responsible for driving Capgemini’s compliance with the contract, providing advice on commercial and contractual matters to the sales and delivery teams and applying Capgemini’s commercial best practice in the day-to-day management and administration of the contract.
  • Provide commercial solutions for improvement of revenue and margin of the account,proactively suggest options for cost savings by utilizing contractual levers. Analyse challenging clauses, identify contractual risks and provide mitigations, ensure mitigation actions are implemented and tracked whether from the bid or as identified during the delivery stage.
  • Interpretation of contractual wording and providing clarifications to internal stakeholders and Client counterparts to avoid / resolve contractual issues.
  • Drafting of contractual documents including statement of work, contract change requests etc.
  • Maintaining the contract through an efficient change management process to represent the dynamic execution environment

Primary Skills

Contract Management Consultant

Job Description

  • To promote and apply commercial best practice throughout the life of a client engagement to drive value from the account
  • You will be responsible for ensuring Capgemini’s compliance with the contract, providing advice on commercial and contractual matters to the sales and delivery teams and applying Capgemini’s commercial best practice in the day-to-day management and administration of the account
  • Ensure the delivery team understands the contractual obligations and provides advice and guidance to the team on all matters relating to the contract.
  • Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled such that revenue and margin are maximized and that costs are reduced. Proactively suggests options to drive out costs and to increase revenue and margin
  • Participate in and/or lead senior level negotiations with both internal and external customers with the introduction of scope or other changes, new business lines and the renewals of existing customer contracts
  • Setting up of contract and commercial management processes for delivery team
  • Advising delivery leadership on how to manage the contractual scope within the boundary conditions and the strategic aspects of risk embedded in the contract.
  • Monitoring and managing contract compliance, including proactively working with the client, third party suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues
