Your Role

• Capgemini is looking for a Data Scientist Quantexa Delivery to join our Financial Crime Compliance Analytics team within the Financial Services group based in India.
• Data Scientists are responsible for managing their workstream on client projects as well as coach junior staff members on the team.
• Within the Compliance Analytics group we work at the intersection of compliance and technology assisting our clients with Implementation Model Validation Tuning and Optimization Data Governance Issue Validation and other model and technology related projects focused primarily on TM and Sanctions models.
• As a data scientist in the India office you will work closely with a Director who is based in UK Europe and ultimately in charge of the client relationship and engagement delivery.
• On a regular basis you will be overseeing and providing hands on guidance to junior staff members throughout various stages of client engagements.
• You will also be involved in proposals and other market facing business development activities.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to break down a complex problem into simple steps.
• Review team s work for quality accuracy and relevance.

Your Profile

• You will demonstrate critical thinking skills and lead workstreams on large complex assignments and be responsible for overseeing junior staff members throughout various stages of the project.
• Work as part of a team of data scientists and data engineers helping solve complex compliance issues from strategic roadmap to implementation.
• Act as workstream lead on Quantexa implementation projects.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients colleagues and other stakeholders establish trust to become a trusted business partner
