Job Description:

The Document Controller is a member of the Quality department. S/he will liaise with all departments to provide the necessary document control and change management service in accordance with documented procedures. This position reports into the Site Quality Lead and is based in our Whitefield facility.

Responsibilities:

• Functional expert for Change Management process.

• Resolve issues on SmartSolve for Change and Documentation Modules.

• Liaise with Master Data Team on resolving issues in SAP for the ECO notifications.

• Maintain procedures for Document Control and Change Control processes.

• Maintain Change Management process as per procedure.

• Review approvals and implement updates in a timely manner to support the various business units.

• Complete hard copy requests in a timely manner and maintain distribution list on SmartSolve accordingly.

• Work with the Quality Systems Manager on maintaining and improving the Change Management process.

• Issue additional equipment numbers and maintain relevant systems with required data.

• Maintain files for Document Management and archive when necessary.

• Issue and collect documents to/from document control boards daily.

• Report on the performance of process through weekly site metrics and monthly site metrics.

• Provide cover in Quality Systems as required.

• Comply with all Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.

Candidate Desired Profile:

• Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office, drawing package (e.g. CAD) and an ERP (preferably SmartSolve and SAP) system.

• Highly organized with strong ability to prioritize tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Formal Quality training an advantage.

• Experience in maintaining a document control system within a regulated environment an advantage.

Your Role

  • Capgemini is looking for a Data Scientist Quantexa Delivery to join our Financial Crime Compliance Analytics team within the Financial Services group based in India.
  • Data Scientists are responsible for managing their workstream on client projects as well as coach junior staff members on the team.
  • Within the Compliance Analytics group we work at the intersection of compliance and technology assisting our clients with Implementation Model Validation Tuning and Optimization Data Governance Issue Validation and other model and technology related projects focused primarily on TM and Sanctions models.
  • As a data scientist in the India office you will work closely with a Director who is based in UK Europe and ultimately in charge of the client relationship and engagement delivery.
  • On a regular basis you will be overseeing and providing hands on guidance to junior staff members throughout various stages of client engagements.
