Business Development Executive

We are looking for passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our ProService Sales Team at our Manchester head office on the next stage of our journey. This is a dynamic role where you’ll combine strong client relationship management with proactive new business development.

As a Business Development Executive , you’ll identify new business opportunities, generate revenue, improve profitability and play a key part in the continued growth of HSS ProService. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career, gain exposure across multiple areas of our business and contribute meaningfully to our future success.

This role is based in our head office in Trafford Park, Manchester, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30.

A typical day:

• Use all available data sources to research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, lapsed customers, low spenders, growth sectors or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Generate leads, contact prospective customers and identify key decision‑makers within organisations.
• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and successful order conversion.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of your account base.
• Cross‑sell and upsell effectively, maintaining a thorough understanding of our full product and service offering across all divisions.
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs, including revenue, profitability, call activity, quality metrics, talk time and data enrichment.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven track record in sales or business development, with a demonstrable ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A resilient and proactive mindset with a dynamic and dedicated attitude.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

The Role

Event Management Coordinator

What will you be doing?

• Working with the Event Management (EM) team, secure a detailed understanding of event requirements supporting the planning, production, briefings and event day delivery related to allocated events.
• Working with the EM Lead, produce a bespoke Event Management Plan with supporting documents for each event.
• Organise and assist with planning meetings with relevant FA departments to ensure that all aspects of FA match coordination are covered in preparation for FA match days at Wembley.
• Organise planning meetings with Music Promoters to ensure that all aspects of their operation are suitable for our venue.
• On event days, the role holder will support the wider Event Operations function in the delivery of the event in question.
• Understand costs and support the event budget process, raising purchase orders relevant to the event.
• Supporting the Broadcast Manager, liaise with Event Owners to ensure that broadcast, media and event day entertainment operations are delivered as planned.
• Assist with the accreditation operation for both event and non-event days.
• Executes additional tasks as required to meet the FA’s changing priorities.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.
