Content Creator

Job description

Job Description

Position Title: Content & Community Manager

Reports To: CEO/Marketing Director

Location: Williamsburg NYC HQ

ABOUT US

Redefining the future of wellness—where ancient intelligence meets modern science. Founded on the Ayurvedic philosophy of Agni (inner metabolic fire), creating clinically driven formulas that awaken the body’s natural rhythm of energy, focus, and longevity. Backed by decades of pharmaceutical expertise through a parent group, building a new kind of wellness brand-one that’s scientifically grounded, soulfully designed, and rooted in metabolic balance. As entering the next chapter, leading a quiet revolution in longevity-one that goes beyond quick fixes to nurture sustained vitality, clarity, and resilience.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Looking for someone who lives and breathes content -the kind of person who spots trends before they hit, knows how to tell a story in three seconds flat, and actually enjoys diving into comments. As the Content & Community Manager, you’ll be the voice and energy of the brand across all organic channels. You’ll plan, create, and post. You’ll engage with our community like you’re talking to friends who get it. And you’ll build relationships with creators and partners who share our world and help it grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own our organic social presence, strategy, tone, visuals, everything
  • Run the content calendar, syncing launches, moments, and ideas that matter
  • Build and nurture our community through authentic engagement (not just replies, but real connection)
  • Lead UGC and influencer programs scout, brief, and manage creators that align with our voice
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and creative teams so every story, post, and partnership feels cohesive
  • Keep tabs on what’s performing, what’s trending, and what’s worth experimenting with next

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-4 years of experience in social and community management (beauty, wellness, or lifestyle a plus)
  • A creative storyteller with strong writing instincts and a feel for culture
  • Equal parts strategic and spontaneous – you plan ahead but know when to post in the moment
  • Deeply comfortable with social platforms and tools (you probably already have a few favorites)
  • You care about data, but even more about meaning – engagement that actually builds loyalty, not vanity metrics

What Success Looks Like

  • A social presence that feels alive, relevant, and unmistakably ours
  • A community that talks back (in the best way)
  • Content that sparks curiosity, saves, and shares
  • A network of creators and partners that amplify the brand’s voice organically
