Job Purpose and Impact

The Director, HR Business Partner – Finance collaborates with business leaders within a group or function to execute the people and culture strategy, focused on efforts related organizational design, leadership development, strategic workforce planning and talent management, team and organization effectiveness and change management. This job champions changes to advance organizational goals and key strategic initiatives and translates and executes business strategies, challenges and human resources needs. The role (hybrid) reports to the Sr. Director HRBP-Controllership.

Key Accountabilities

  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Leads people and culture processes and initiatives across the assigned group including talent assessment, talent planning, and development strategies to select, retain and develop critical talent, performance management, team development and engagement action planning.
  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Provides partnership and practical solutions to improve performance and engagement, increase productivity, understand talent needs and mitigate people risk for the business.
  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & ACTIVATION: Partners to manage the development of people strategies that support business strategies and objectives and supports and influences key operational and strategic decisions.
  • DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION: Drives strategic focus and action towards diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and goals.
  • METRICS & ANALYSIS: Uses metrics and analytics to assess and manage overall organizational health of the business to influence decisions and deliver significant insights.
  • PROCESS PLANNING & DELIVERY: Provides thought leadership to the planning and delivery of core human resources processes ranging from performance and talent management, leadership development to change management and organizational design, including spans and layers work.
  • STRATEGY & SOLUTION CONNECTION: Participates as an active member of the human resources community, building relationships across the human resources team and provides partnership on other human resources initiatives and projects while identifying and sharing strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership and influencing senior leadership decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting team in shared service operations is a plus
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Ability to align HR strategies with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, or global HR operations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior leaders, manage complex employee relations, and lead HR teams.
  • Skilled in building trust and acting as a credible advisor to business units.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, using data to inform decisions and track KPIs like engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools, HRIS systems, and digital transformation in HR.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Administrative Assistant will provide moderately complex, varied to routine administrative and clerical support. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
  • Receive and relay messages and respond to varied and routine administrative requests.
  • Complete weekly payroll.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of administrative related work experience.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • Previous payroll experience.

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $41,000.00 – 70,000.00.

A Typical Work Day May Include: 

  • Operating equipment and technology tools throughout the facility which may include mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, palletizers, etc.
  • Collecting product samples and supervising tank levels, utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary
