Job Summary
- Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for job vacancies. This includes online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment methods to attract and screen potential candidates.
- Conducting Interviews: Screening potential candidates to assess their suitability for the job which includes evaluating their skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
- Coordinating with Managers: Work closely with managers to understand the requirements and to ensure clear understanding of the job vacancy.
- Managing the Recruitment Process: Manage end to end recruitment process effectively and efficiently. Creating Job Descriptions, Posting Job Adds, Screening Resumes, Scheduling Interviews and Placing an Offer.
- Building Relationships: Build relationship with potential candidates, managers and other stakeholders to promote the organization as an attractive place to work.
- Maintaining Candidates Database: Maintain database of potential candidates, keeping track of their resumes, qualifications, and other relevant information. Ensure that the organization has a pool of suitable candidates to choose from for future requirements.
