Shifts
Sunday – Thursday 10am – 630pm CST
Tuesday – Saturday 6am – 230pm CST
- This role is onsite at our facility in Mount Prospect
Work together with Dispatch Supervisors and Dispatchers to coordinate incoming Bonded shipments into the Container Freight Storage area.
- Coordinating and monitoring all inbound international shipments scheduled for the O’Hare International Airport Container Freight Storage area.
- Monitoring TMS report for all international arrivals to ensure that freight is recovered in a timely manner.
- Completing all activities in TMS pertaining to the Bonded Room.
- Monitoring drivers to ensure all Bonded shipments are recovered from the airline.
- Reviewing and monitoring Bonded freight daily, ensuring that cold chain is maintained within the Container Freight Storage area.
- Creating Customs Blue Manipulation for replenishment in the Bonded room.
- Entering Gather replenishment details daily into TMS.
- Monitoring and maintaining cold chain for all shipments on FDA hold.
- Ensure all shipments within the Container Freight Storage area are secured and safely stored.
- Ensuring that all SOPs and policies are followed.
- Reporting all complaints and issues to management immediately.
- Inventory Management – Monitor the Virtual Import Board, coordinate with WCB to nominate shipments to be moved to the Bonded Room that will not put the room at capacity.
- Maintain all customs related documentation (Form 3499, etc.)
- Ensure all shipments are moved from the Container Freight Storage area once cleared
- Ensure all shipments are sent to “G-O” warehouse once threshold is met.
- Conduct daily audits of the Container Freight Storage area to ensure full compliance of Container Freight Storage area regulations.
- Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Manager to achieve team targets.
- Ensure compliance to codes including health and safety.
- Adhere to all processes as it relates to organization and workflow.
- Adopt Designated Screening Area (DSA) rules in the Bonded Area by preventing and challenging unauthorized entry
Experience
- General knowledge of the airport and surrounding area.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft teams and Outlook email.

Warehouse Manager
The primary role of the Warehouse Manager is to manage the Warehouse Supervisors and their teams. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of warehouse operations in a radio frequency (RF)-enabled or non-RF-enabled environment, managing warehouse personnel and ensuring compliance with company, federal and state regulations regarding safety while working with controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous and flammable materials. Shift Pay: $22.25 / hour

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. General areas of responsibility include a combination of one or more of the following duties; receiving, picking and staging customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory organization, management and control.
2. Verifies merchandise received against record of shipment, inspects and reports discrepancies and any obvious defects.
3. Stocks shelves, ensuring materials are in their designated areas.
4. May use a radio-frequency (RF) device to aid in picking or packing stock and/or other inventory tasks.
5. Assembles customer orders from stock by pulling items from shelves and placing them in totes to be packed and shipped. Identifies quantities and customer specifications.
6. Enters orders, returns and related data in the computer system.
7. Inspects returned items and returns merchandise to proper shelf in the warehouse.
8. Accurately completes daily inventory counts and researches discrepancies.
9. Assists with inventory procedures as requested.
10. May perform controlled substance picking, stocking, replenishment and order fulfillment in a cage/vault or refrigerated environment.
