Platform Engineer VI

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and K8s for container orchestrations
  • Automate infrastructure and K8s cluster provisioning, scaling and lifecycle management to enhance CiICD workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize K8s performance and resource utilization across the infrastructure
  • Implement and enforce security best practices, including network policies, IAM, and vulnerability scanning within cloud environments
  • Develop and manage observability framework, including logging, monitoring and alerting for system visibility and proactive issue resolution

Preferred Skills – Experience in AWS or any other major Cloud Platform, provision and maintaining scalable k8s clusters, Istio service mesh, Gitlab or any other CI/CD tool.

  • Experience: Previous (1+) experience in a warehouse environment
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent

  • Abilities: Ability to obtain certification for handling equipment, manage projects and deadlines, operate company owned vehicles
