Client Service Representative (CSR) – Dallas Highland Park
Working with the Boutique Management, the Client Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Client Service functions of the Boutique. Responsibilities include overseeing the POS System, Aftersales, Phone Communication, Cash Integrity, Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, Client Service and assisting in management of all areas of Boutique operations as needed.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, having solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.
- Use proper telephone etiquette when answering the phone, taking messages, answering customer inquiries, and when transferring calls.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
- In partnership with Boutique Leadership Team, manage all customer exchanges or returns.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Accurately complete all opening and closing procedures including securing all cash and receipts.

- 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury background preferred.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including varies hours / days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.

The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Responsible for communicating visual presentation direction and standards in our Ala Moana and Waikiki Boutiques. Works in close relationship with Corporate and in-store teams to upkeep visuals standards and report back to senior management.
