Job Description: TSMC Arizona is seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level support to our executives and their teams. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities, managing complex schedules, coordinating key events, and providing robust administrative support in our fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Calendar Management: Expertly manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring alignment with management priorities.
- Event Coordination: Skillfully manage executive schedules and coordinate a variety of organizational events, both internal and external. Ensure seamless execution and successful alignment with company objectives and brand standards.
- Travel and Expense Management: Efficiently oversee and manage all aspects of travel arrangements and expense reporting for executives and their teams, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company policies.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.

Key responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain complex calendars for Vice Presidents using a high level of tact, prioritization, influencing skills, and integrity, including scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinating and leading all aspects of internal meetings, including reserving space, audio and visual setup, catering, and production of meeting materials when applicable
- Planning and hosting of VP site visits/team events, including travel arrangements, conference room reservations, catering/restaurant reservations, and team building activities
- Supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding of colleagues, including coordinating first/final days, and arranging for workspace, laptops, phones, Corporate Cards, office supplies, and all HR administration
- Owning the procurement process for laptops, phone, and office supplies
- Prepare, reconcile, and process expense reports and invoices in line with company requirements using Concur, and review direct report expenses routed for VP approval
- Maintaining headcount reporting, organizational charts, and department distribution lists
- Handling travel arrangements including air, hotel, transfers, and agendas
- Supporting department finances and report requests
- Partner closely with the Executive Assistant and the Chief of Staff team to ensure coordination, share updates, and support broader team processes
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and enterprise partners across all band levels
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build and maintain high-impact relationships across all areas of the organization
