Senior Business Program Manager
Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the World’s largest Cloud Infrastructures, responsible for developing, building and maintaining the entire Microsoft Cloud. Within CO+I, the Process, Operations & Governance team manages execution of delivery of datacenter capacity for Microsoft’s Cloud Business across the globe. We have a portfolio of complex projects that require oversight from End-to-End. The Business Solutions Program Manager supports the relevant teams through corporate controls and leadership oversight throughout the life cycle of a data center. This role will be a vital connection and orchestration point to understand and deep dive into the business aspects from global standards and governance criteria for cross-org leadership sign-off in order to translate those into business requirements for platform implementation.

Responsibilities
- Lead scenario-based planning and process optimization for the program Regional Milestone Review and its governance platform to carry out work items and milestones for data center build out.
- Coordinate with all segments and functional organizations across CO+I at both the executive and project team levels, to ensure clarity on requirements, workflow and process.
- Primary business point of contact interfacing with engineering and product mgrs and translating those requirements into an enterprise-level solution and platform that can scale to meet the capacity growth in CO+I.
- Own and drive cross-org user experience testing, capture actionable feedback and collaborate with engineering and product mgrs to ensure implementation to align with business requirements.
- Drive analysis on current inefficiencies and provide thoughtful solutions with clear downstream impacts that contribute to overall business goals and strategies, enabling us to scale to meet projected demand growth for our cloud business
- Develop documentation and roadmap for the platform and driving alignment with all the stakeholders
- Manage global communication channels and drive business adoptions to the platform and/or new features
- Lead development and tracking of success and performance metrics (OKRs) as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, volume, training, cycle time, and impact

Digital Product Manager
As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be a thought leader around the execution of our digital strategy and responsible for prioritizing and managing the delivery of the Bank’s online solutions.
This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site / Fri remote) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of the Kansas City area but only within the US.
How you’ll spend your time:
- Create product roadmaps for the Digital Channel using industry trends, market research, Voice of Client feedback, and input from key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple aspects of vendor relationships, especially exerting influence over vendors’ product roadmaps to align with the Bank’s priorities.
- Hold internal and external technology partners and vendors accountable to deliver online solutions.

Compensation
