A warehouse operator, also known as an puller, is primarily responsible for locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse location based on production schedule, Prior to Use inspection is performed on all materials before preparing them for production usage. Associate will ensure accuracy and adherence to order details while maintaining proper inventory accuracy; this involves using scanner or tablets to execute movements in ITS Mobile and SAP, and other warehouse management systems to efficiently navigate the warehouse and pull orders.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Managing Incoming ingredient: Move product to and from receiving locations to racks, and other locations as assigned.
  • Time Management: Perform all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of quality, service, and cost objectives, while complying with all standard operating procedures and requirements.
  • Picking orders: Using pick lists or a warehouse management system to locate and select the correct items from storage shelves according to customer orders.
  • Barcode scanning: Uses portable computer terminal and laser scanning device, accurately record product movements by item number, lot code, location, and/or truck number.
  • Staging orders: Gathering picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping
  • Quality checks: Inspecting products for damage or defects before packing
  • Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the warehouse workspace clean and organized.
  • Adhering to safety procedures: Following all safety protocols while handling products and operating equipment
  • Inventory accuracy: Verifying product quantity and condition against the order details, reporting any discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Labeling: Affixing shipping labels and other necessary documentation to packages.
  • Accurately completes pre-operation forklift inspection.
  • Accurately completes manual recording (written record) of product movement as an alternative to PC based records during system outages and for “off-line” transactions.
  • Demonstrates support of The Coca-Cola Company’s safety initiatives and policies.
  • Performs required cleaning and sanitation duties to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
  • Performs all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of quality, service, and cost objectives

Qualification & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Must possess a valid forklift operator license or be certified before driving a lift truck
  • The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language is needed
  • Must have the ability to work 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, or other work schedules as determined by business need, including overtime as required
  • Ideal candidate must be able to move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. 10 feet or more
  • Must be certified on the training plan for this position within 60 working days of start date

Pay Range:

Production Operator- Nights – Filling Line 4

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Perform production activities for equipment set up, clean-ups, packaging filling and labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.
  • Utilizes Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which requires clean, sweep, mop, and scrub production area equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings as required.
  • Visually inspects all incoming materials and report non-conformances and visually inspects finished goods, making minor corrections and reporting all non-conformances.
  • Performs all essential job functions affecting quality according to the quality system procedures and work instructions.
  • Runs multiple machines, including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment; perform line inspections, perform multiple tasks on drum filling line, perform all required quality checks and accurately complete required documentation.
  • Properly and consistently run all packaging equipment and occasionally provide relief for other operators, as assigned.
  • Adheres to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
  • Monitor’s computer terminals and OIT screens.

 

Qualification & Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must have prior experience as a Production Operator.
  • Good math and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
  • Must be experienced in or able to learn operator control panels.
  • Prior knowledge or ability to run automated casing equipment is needed.
  • Must possess a mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls.
  • Must be able to identify line problems, non-conforming product, and employ corrective actions.
  • The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting to 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.
  • Must have a valid forklift license and be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Visual Lead (Key Holder)

Key Interactions: Internal and external guests, Ambassadors, Associate Store Managers, Store Manager

Position Overview:

The Lead Ambassador will support the operational functions of the store, including handling customer queries, assisting Ambassadors with POS transactions, adhering to the opening and closing checklists/SOPs and ensuring the store standards throughout the daily shift. The Lead Ambassador will refer all duties which require manager approval to the appropriate leader on-duty. The Lead Ambassador must embrace and role model outstanding guest service and contribute to the high morale of the Ambassador team.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Act as a role model to the Ambassadors.
  • Support Associate Managers with answering radio calls and handling guest queries.
  • Assist with cash-in and cash-out process.
  • Assist with opening and closing process, ensuring all checklists are complete.
  • Assist the Associate Manager on-duty with ensuring all Ambassador breaks and lunches are handled. Maintain position coverage as required by the needs of the business and as specified in the daily schedule.
  • Assist Ambassadors with POS transactions where appropriate, to include refunds, voids, returns etc.
  • Support the Associate Manager on-duty in giving Ambassadors direction to ensure premium guest service and store standards during the daily shift.
  • Respond immediately to guest experience recovery situations using best judgement to resolve issue in accordance with guest service guidelines. Engage Associate Manager(s) as appropriate in these situation types.
  • Maintain visual standards and follow the plan-o-grams set by the Planners and Visual Merchandise Manager, under the guidance of Associate Managers.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Associate Manager(s) or Store Manager.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

Education:

High school diploma; GED equivalent

Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience within a fast-paced/experiential retail environment.

Previous supervisory experience advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to successfully pass credit, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Pay Range:
$35,332 – $40,380
