Position Summary:

- Take complete ownership of the hiring engine for BPO volume and leadership hiring across locations.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Have industry connects to share salary benchmarking data. Ensures effective on-boarding of selected candidates along with other stakeholders.
- Analyze and report MIS on various aspects of recruitment viz. TAT adherence, skill based and level-based hiring through put, channel utilization, budget utilization.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable compensation norms. Reduce cost of hiring and enhance hiring channels.
- Responsible for sourcing and evaluating vendors for various levels of hiring, within the scope of budget and defined quality as well as. TAT standards.
