The Test Lead role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Defect Management

Salary and Other Compensation:

Job Role: Deskside Support Technician

Location: NewYork, NY

Role and responsibilities

· Hands and Feet Support: This includes on-site technical assistance for hardware and software issues, physical installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of IT equipment, and other related tasks as required by the client.

· Managing the daily operations (Work assignment – unassigned queue management)

· Manage projects (AD-HOC requests on user/system moves) and allocate resources

· VIP (Executives) white glove support

· Manage Tier 1/2/3 support tickets and following proper escalation paths

· Provide onsite and remote support for commonly used Windows, Mac, and phone software

· Provide networking (WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi) and remote Access (VPN) support

Team Lead – AVOS

The AVOS (Autonomous Vehicle Operator Supervisor) Team Lead plays a crucial role it coordinates all day-to-day field operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, and safety. This position involves providing guidance to staff, handles driver check-in processes, assigning work, and coordinates schedule rotations. Develops a safe team-oriented environment, maintains adherence to established protocols, and handles various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Direct and guide field staff to maintain outstanding customer service and operational efficiency in a safe manner.
  • Manage driver check-in processes, including readiness for the schedule, daily checklists, and assignment of day to day tasks.
  • Supervises operational targets and adjust schedules for operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure drivers comply and adhere to the procedural guidelines
  • Observe safety practices and take corrective action when required.

Description:

The Design and Release Engineer will be responsible for developing components/systems from initial design concept through full volume production. The Design and Release Engineer will provide feasibility input for development of designs from Product Design Office (PDO) concepts, sketch, and clay models. Establish and manage development timeline for life of project. Develop functional objectives, build objectives, DVPR, and DFMEA for components. The Engineer will lead design, while leveraging external design source and/or internal CAD design resource. The Engineer will be responsible for the release of completed component geometry using Teamcenter/NX CAD tools. Validate virtual designs using CAE resources and perform physical validation via component, system, and vehicle level testing. Manage internal documentation for release of systems. Plan and oversee tool construction and production of assemblies. On-site support for vehicle pilot builds and production launch at assembly plant. Responsible for root cause analysis and determination of corrective action for issues with assembly, fit/finish, and functional performance. Analyze and remediate warranty, identify cost reduction opportunities on production of systems, candidate will also be responsible for safety compliance report documents.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical/Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university.
  • 3+ years experience working with an Automotive OEM

Mobile Device Tester Engineer

Core Responsibilities • Develop, document, and revise test plans and procedures and quality standards for software and hardware, focused on wireless products and related accessories • Manage the cross functional bug reporting and resolution process, ability to SW upgrade the devices using OEM tools. • Manage the test sample requirements and inventory. Ensure the distributed samples are tracked and upgraded to the latest available firmware level • Validate OEM and test partners test results by executing the regression test plan and perform other adhoc random testing • Test and certify MRs (maintenance releases or software updates) and Security MRs by executing the regression plan and the test cases impacted by the MR scope. • Manage activation and deactivation of the test samples • Compile test results data, collect logs and write required engineering reports, to report to OEMs and other fix agents. • Update issues tracking and management tools to ensure all the information is current and properly shared. • Troubleshoot related issues and test, maintain, and monitor relevant solutions and logs, Field testing if required to reproduce the issue. • Monitor customer-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop test methods to improve overall customer satisfaction. • Deploy new test tools as required. • Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence. • Understanding of LTE and 5G RF and Core technologies. • Must be able to communicate effectively and convincingly with all areas of the company – technical and non-technical – as well as with external parties. • Collaborate with project stakeholders and internal Development and E2E teams. • Self-Starter and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
