As a Sales Associate with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions.  You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online.  Key to your success will be your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships.  You will achieve this in part by advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities.  Day to day, you will leverage CoStar Group’s deep knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting effective product demonstrations.

We prepare all our new Sales Associates with extensive classroom and field training, ensuring they are equipped with the product and industry knowledge needed to build market credibility, proudly represent our brand and achieve career success.  In addition, you will learn marketable skills in digital marketing and sales by working closely with talented and driven internal industry experts, product marketing and product management specialists.

 

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan
  • Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and your trends within your specific market territory
  • Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value you added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals
  • Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in-person meetings which will require travel by car and could require travel outside of the driving radius of your office location

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College, required
  • A minimum of two years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
  • Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience

  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships while engaging with clients at a senior/C-Suite level

This position offers a base salary of $70,000 – $75,000 and includes a generous bonus and benefits plan.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling new business while managing and growing your client portfolio through the value of CoStar products. This is a consultative role that empowers you to build relationships, engage new clients, and oversee the entire sales process from start to finish.

Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, you are responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent into CoStar as well as building a talent pipelines for future hiring. In this full-life cycle recruiting role you will act as the key contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners and Stakeholders to ensure that the talent needs of the organization are met. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. This position will have responsibility for full-life cycle recruiting at multiple organizational levels and across multiple locations.

 

This position is onsite in our new Arlington VA office!

 

Responsibilities:

· Oversee full-life cycle recruiting process for multiple requisitions for cross-functional teams.

· Build and manage candidate pipelines, develop and execute on a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively.

· Drive for results, be inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates and be a strong relationship builder.

· Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and your craft.

· Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networks.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Manager, Product Design

We are looking for an experienced UX Manager to lead and inspire our team of UX Designers and UX Researchers in the Product Organization at CoStar Group. Your role will be critical in driving continuous improvement by utilizing consumer research. You will take ownership of all UX projects, from usability testing to wireframing and prototyping, ensuring customer (internal & external) needs are met effectively. Your expertise in implementing innovative research methods and iterative prototyping will be instrumental in creating user-centered designs.

Collaborating closely with our Product & Engineering teams, you will seamlessly implement designs and contribute to our evolving Design System, driving flexible solutions and advancing our design practices. Elevating the team’s research, interaction design, and visual design capabilities will be a key responsibility, fostering a culture of excellence.
