Role Description

Are you a passionate designer seeking to improve the user experience for a best-in-class brand with a talented team of product designers, developers and product managers? As a Product Designer, you’ll contribute to a forward-thinking design philosophy and create a highly engaging, inclusive, and usable product for Apartments.com.

As a valued team member in our product organization, you’ll collaborate with team members to find opportunities for new products and features; validate assumptions through research and testing; and then sketch, prototype, test, deliver, and iterate compelling user experiences that customers return to time and time again. Together, you and our design team will drive the overall quality of design and user experience, make a substantial impact to the Apartments.com business, and improve the way the rental industry works.

This position is in office Monday through Friday in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers and to translate abstract ideas, research findings, analytics data, and business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Engage in design thinking with our team and help maintain and improve our design system to ensure design principles and methods are consistently applied across product experiences.
  • Manage a few concurrent design projects from concept through production.
  • Produce concepts, sketches, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and other design assets and effectively communicate these ideas to a range of stakeholders and audiences.
  • Present work to other team members and stakeholders to recruit feedback, iterate and improve, and then implement designs and launch changes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College, ideally in Human Factors, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an individual contributor role on a product design team
  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and designs
  • Experience designing and delivering website product features for consumers
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to launch features
  • Experience conducting user research and testing throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience developing and evolving design systems
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Strong verbal and written skills communicating ideas, concepts, and designs
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end web programing languages
  • Familiarity with W3C/WCAG and ADA web accessibility standards
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Homes.com is growing quickly and we’re looking for analysts to help accelerate our growth. This role will be responsible for building out the data and reporting ecosystem Homes.com Sales will use to assess and drive sales performance.

You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders to design, build, maintain, and improve Sales data and business intelligence reporting products.

This position is located in Richmond, VA and is in office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and understand business requirements from a diverse set of end users
  • Analyze data structures, integrate, rationalize, transform, and optimize them for use in sales strategy analysis and business intelligence reporting
  • Develop automated scripts using SQL and other platforms to transform raw source data into informational datasets for use by analysts and reporting tools
  • Identify data accuracy and consistency opportunities and work with Technology and Sales partners to improve data capture and execute improvements
  • Develop easily usable dashboards and reports for end-users in tools beyond spreadsheets
  • Provide training on business intelligence tools to diverse sets of users
  • Monitor business intelligence solutions to ensure they are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Collect and integrate feedback from a diverse user base to continuously improve reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college, with degree preferably in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
  • 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and building business intelligence solutions like Tableau or PowerBI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in at least one BI tool (MS PowerBI preferred)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and SQL
  • Proficiency in data modeling techniques
  • Experience in query optimization, performance tuning, and process automation.

Cash Applications Specialist

Role Description: At CoStar Group, our finance group centralizes transaction processes, providing accurate reporting, financial resolutions, and proper forecasting analysis. Joining the team offers access to financial specializations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and asset management, client contracts and billing, and revenue recognition.

As a CoStar Cash Receipts Specialist you will be responsible for all accounts receivable, research and reconciliation of accounts and will report directly to the Manager, Cash Application.

Responsibilities

  • Processes and enter high volume of daily cash receipts to credit or debit customer accounts.
  • Prepare batches to be posted to the general ledger.
  • Assist collection department with questions and concerns regarding incoming payments, charge backs or balances.
  • Produce monthly account reconciliations.
  • Communicate with various banks and clients to ensure all payments are applied correctly.
  • Investigate and resolve unallocated cash receipts.
  • Perform basic office duties, such as copying and filing.
  • Partner with colleagues in Shared Services, Technology, and Sales teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Drive communication and change in a world-class organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College required.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • 6+ months of cash application, accounting receivable, billing, or related finance experience in a large and dynamic corporate environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter and develop basic formulas. All qualified candidates will be given an assessment to determine their knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Enterprise Account Executive – East Region

Role Description:

Matterport is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is enthusiastic and performance-driven to sell our products and services across several industries, including AEC, Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Facilities Management, and Hospitality. With a solid track record of success, the candidate must also be fluent in the latest market trends, comfortable working with technical content, and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role can based out of either Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively look for opportunities to sell the Matterport Product offering
  • Hunt and build a pipeline of business, repeat opportunities
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly sales pipeline
  • Engage distributors, understand the customer needs and identify the solutions to the customer with our product offering
  • Attend Sales meetings and prepare presentations when required
  • Attend relevant trade shows when required
  • Attend product (hardware/software) demonstrations to provide potential customers with details about the features and capabilities of our Pro 3D camera
  • Prepare RFI, RFQ and RFP responses for distributors, potential customers and management team
  • Make sales and technical presentations to potential customers, via both web presentations and on-site presentations, as required
  • Report to Sales Manager with sales progress and pipeline
  • Utilization and management of SFDC (salesforce) as you discover leads and create new business

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record in sales or business development
  • History of achieving revenue-based sales quotas (SAAS, ARR)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills (both in-person and virtual)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with value-based selling using ROI and the MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Ability to identify strategic client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client
  • Great at building relationships and working within a team-selling environment
  • Experience working in commercial or residential real estate, travel, hospitality, retail, manufacturing or construction industries, in a position that would show the ability to understand the utility of our products
  • Prior experience working at or with technology companies
