Sr Customer Care Specialist (Manheim)

Job Scope:

As the Sr Client Service Rep, you will serve as the client advocate and will be responsible for the client satisfaction based on task ownership and accurate resolution in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a high volume of tasks that require you to leverage various resources to identify the client’s need, clarify and communicate information, research issues, and provide effective resolution while keeping the client satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in all knowledge base requirements to resolve clients’ needs as efficiently as possible
  • Become proficient in all platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation, and relevant data

Director, General Management (AGM) – Manheim Tampa

This position is responsible for managing Auction operations under supervision of the General Manager. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for attaining optimum efficiency and economy of Auction operations to maximize profits based on market center locations while demonstrating leadership behaviors consistent with Manheim’s Code of Conduct. This position will be based at Manheim Tampa and will provide support across the Tampa Market Center, which includes Tampa, Lakeland, St. Pete, and Fort Myers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and work with General Manager to manage, direct and coordinate the overall operations of the Auction.
  • Work and communicate with department managers to achieve Auction sales and financial goals and objectives while maintaining an efficient operation.
  • Foster open communication with Auction employees, and clearly communicate importance of team’s vision, direction, and priorities. Seek and share information and use appropriate influence strategies to gain genuine commitment.
  • Actively seek to provide development opportunities for staff; provide specific and objective feedback to maximize performance. Promote teamwork throughout the organization
  • Assist with preparation of annual budget by reviewing sales results, expenses, and other financial data, such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other expenses.

  • Providing leadership and training for managers of customer-facing departments at the locations.

  • Equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
