Position Summary
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor Trainee performs work as directed in order to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities, completes basic operations and management skills training, and also learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service) and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Shift Supervisor Trainees are eligible to be considered for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. These key leadership roles support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
Essential Functions:
1. Management
- Work effectively with store management and store crews
- Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
- Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
2. Customer Service - Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank)
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers

Required QualificationsDeductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Representative II, Rx Records – Cumberland, RI (Hybrid Role)
Position Summary
CVS Health Prescription Records team serves as the sole managing interface for CVS Retails’ legal, subpoena, regulatory, attorney, patient and third-party record demands for patient and prescriber prescription records. This position will handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, fax and email in a contact center environment. Data processing of these requests while ensuring the accuracy of details provided, along with incorporating Protected Health Information, Personally Identifiable Information, to satisfy regulatory demands and subpoena demands in accordance with state and federal HIPAA/Privacy requirements.
Role Overview
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM EST
- Must be able to work 2 days a week in the Cumberland, RI office.
- Training Schedule: First 2 weeks training onsite and will follow the regular schedule of 8:30-5:00 PM EST

Coordinator, Industry Analysis
Position Summary
The MAC team is responsible for all aspects of MAC list maintenance. This includes creating new MAC lists and managing existing MAC lists, uploading MAC prices to the adjudication platform and all MAC related QC processes. The MAC team works closely with the Finance Guarantee team to help ensure client commitments are met by making MAC adjustments as appropriate. The MAC team is also responsible for reviewing and responding to all pharmacy MAC appeals and working with the Legal team to respond to any MAC related complaints from state agencies. In addition, the MAC team monitors pharmacy GER guarantees and making MAC adjustments as needed. The MAC team is also responsible for all MAC related reporting, including client and pharmacy reports.
Responsibilities include
– Reviewing and resolving MAC pricing inquiries from pharmacies (both MAC law states and non-MAC law states) and comply with MAC law requirements.
– Validating information from various sources such as Medispan, manufacturers and wholesalers.
– Accurately update Pharmacy Inquiry Database with appropriate information and respond to pharmacies within required TAT.
– Identify marketplace condition changes and quickly forward potential issues to pharmacists for review in order to minimize impact to pharmacies and plan members.
– Maintain MACPRICE email box and respond to pharmacy phone calls as required by state laws.

Associate, Business Analytics – Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)
Position Summary
This Associate, Business Analytics role resides in the Data Management team and is responsible for creating and maintaining drug master data utilized in support of Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Mail pharmacy operations. This position interacts with a variety of internal business partners including Brand/Generic Contracting, Drug File Administration, Pharmacy Procurement, Pharmacy Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable and Pharmacy Practice teams.
Role Overview
- Department Hours: 7:00AM-5:00PM AZT (Flex Start)
- Hybrid Role: Once a month in office (may change to business needs)
- Training: 6-8 weeks
What you will do
- Setup and maintenance of product records in multiple systems to support order management, procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse management activities.
- As knowledge of routine work is obtained, responsibilities may gradually increase to performing ad-hoc mass data updates as well as creating and/or running reports to ensure all data aligns with established data governance guidelines.
- Maintenance of critical data that serves as the foundation for the highly integrated PBM Mail pharmacy operations systems.
- As such it is expected that candidate is able to be productive using standardized procedures to evaluate data requests.
- Effectively determine when to seek out additional information.
- Offer potential solutions to solve routine issues, and achieve business objectives on-time, with minimal supervision.
- There is keen focus on performance metrics designed to measure the timeliness and accuracy with which work is completed relative to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Required Qualifications
