The Palantir Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementation and maintenance of Palantir Foundry platform and analytics capabilities. The primary objective of this role is to drive value from data assets by creating and executing data and analytics strategies that align with business priorities and drive measurable business outcomes. Palantir Solution Architect must possess a deep understanding of both technical data management and analytics concepts, as well as business drivers and needs related to data.
This position is part of the Enterprise Architecture organization (reporting to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer) and can be performed remotely.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Implement vision and strategy for Danaher’s data management practices to realize business outcomes and meet the data requirements of the Enterprise, Platform and Operating Companies that part of Danaher. Help create Danaher’s data and analytics strategy and architecture in collaboration with Senior IT leaders (CDAO, CEA, CIO, CTO, CISO). Support the establishment of a data-driven culture and enhance the organization’s Data & Analytics capabilities. Institute an enterprise operating model for data and analytics that is consistent with the capabilities and competencies required to execute the strategy. Support the creation and management of enterprise data offerings, ensuring consistent application and use of data and analytics solutions. Support creation of governance mechanisms for data and algorithms to maintain trust in data assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support regulatory and compliance programs related to data and analytics assets, ensuring adherence to security and privacy standards.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience creating Data & Analytics architecture and ecosystems with a minimum of 5 years of Palantir experience.
- Professional record of accomplishment in leading Data & Analytics transformation and architectural change in large, complex, multi-divisional global settings.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and cloud-based computing.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage architectural change in enterprise-scale projects and initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise systems architecture and technology.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Snowflake
- Cloud based architecture in Azure and/or AWS
- Data Mesh and/or Data Fabric

The salary range for this role is $110,000 – $190,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Senior Staff Business Analyst
The Senior Staff Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specifications. Focusing on Analytic, Data Science and Business Intelligence . You will have the opportunity to work all business functions and with our Data & Analytics experts across the world and multiple operating companies.
This position is part of the Enterprise Architecture organization (reporting to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer) and can be performed remotely.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and collect requirements
- Translate these business requirements into user stories and comprehensive functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, reports for development team.
- Prioritize these user stories into the right sequence of projects and releases for the team to implement
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient and effective solutions.
- Engage with Data and Analytics user community to support solution adoption
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 7 years of overall BI/Data Analytics/Data Engineering experience with at least 5 years as Business Analyst
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Dashboards or Data Preparation
- Proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modeling. Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Power BI.
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- 3 years of experience working in Agile teams that work in sprints

SENIOR STAFF DATA ENGINEER (PALANTIR)
The Senior Staff Data Engineer is responsible for developing data products, insights and analysis and maximize value of the data assets and support business decisions making. You will have the opportunity to work with our expert Data & Analytics teams across the world and multiple operating companies.
This position is part of the Enterprise Architecture organization (reporting to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer) and can be performed remotely.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop primarily in Palantir Foundry
- Work in agile environment with 2 weeks sprints
- Perform Technical assessment of Data availability and quality from multiple data sources that include Oracle EBS, SAP,MS Dynamics, Salesforce & Snowflake
- Work with multiple business functions and D&A teams across Danaher operating companies
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with Palantir Foundry
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes and languages (Python, PySpark, and SQL)
- Palantir Foundry certifications or Palantir trainings are highly preferred
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with tools like Snowflake
- Experience with tools like dbt, Boomi, Fivetran, Azure Data Factory
