Job Purpose and Overview
As a Shipper/Receiver you will participate in the distribution warehouse activities related to receiving, storing, selecting, shipping, dispatching, and delivery of products to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations and product transportation.

- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, electric rider jacks, electric pallet jacks, trailer lift gates and pallet wrap machines
- Minimum 6 months of related experience or 1 full year non-related employment experience
- Must be able to lift 50+ pound repeatedly
- Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to withstand cool and/or cold temperatures
- Available to work overtime as required
What will you do as a Shipper/Receiver at Dawn Foods?
- Correctly select, palletize, and shrink wrap customers’ orders preparing them for delivery.
- Receive and stock inbound product in its designated locations. Rotate and replenish current stock in its designated locations.
- Safely load trailers in an even and productive fashion
- Ability to understand and operate handheld computer and scanning devices for SAP that is used for all aspects of warehouse operations
- Maintain cleanliness of entire warehouse and practice safe food handling procedures by learning and practicing American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards for warehouse sanitation
- Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein

Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer, the Vice Presidents, and Group Leads within the People Team. This role will also offer occasional support to other leaders as needed.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing complex calendars, coordinating both international and domestic travel, and organizing meetings and events with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. A strong ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under minimal supervision is crucial. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and similar applications is essential, along with the ability to prepare, analyze, and present information in a polished and professional manner.
This role requires prior experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating discretion, and building relationships across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
