- You will be designing products across all our product lines. This includes various apps, dashboards and web panels for a varied set of users such as delivery agents, operations team, leadership team etc.
- In-field research and documentation of user experience through user flows, scenarios, vstoryboards, mock-ups, and/or prototypes
- Develop deep understanding of real-world customer needs and business goals unique to our clients/users, and collect valuable user feedback and insight to inform product decisions

Qualification

- Expertise in digital design tools (Figma/XD, etc) and well-versed in frontend design patterns and methodologies
- Experience working with development teams in a wide variety of engagements, including concept development, prototyping, and productization
