Work You’ll Do:

Product Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for long-term improvement and short-term resolution.
  • Collaborate with product teams and ownership to provide actionable insights for product enhancements and new feature development.

Customer Engagement and Data-driven Decision Making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 of experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer success and product analysis, or equivalent experience.

The Global Workforce Strategy & Planning CoE Leader leads the development and execution of global (DTTL) workforce strategies for a complex, matrixed organization that align with our business objectives. This role proactively shapes the global talent strategy, anticipating future talent needs, and developing innovative solutions to address emerging challenges and opportunities. This role also leads the development and implementation of workforce plans, demand forecasting, and scenario planning; navigating complex market and geopolitical factors to ensure the organization’s long-term talent advantage. Finally, this role requires extensive collaboration across the global organization, including senior and c-suite leadership, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of ambitious and innovative workforce plans. The Global Workforce Strategy & Planning COE Leader is responsible to

  • Oversee strategy and planning for 28 global business areas, influencing workforce decision impacting upwards of 11,000 professionals.
  • Drive the development and implementation of workforce plans, demand forecasting, and scenario planning to support organizational talent strategy.
  • Advise senior leaders and business units on strategic talent decisions, ensuring alignment with operating model commitments and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee client-facing workforce planning services, managing a personal client portfolio and ensuring optimal talent deployment for internal and external clients.
  • Lead and develop a team of 8 workforce planning professionals, providing mentorship and upskilling to deliver workforce plans, hiring advisory, demand forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic advisory services.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Advanced analytical and modeling expertise, including scenario planning, demand forecasting, and proficiency with workforce analytics tools (e.g., Visier)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills with senior executives
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in workforce planning processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information clearly

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in workforce planning, data science, or people analytics

Your Role
As a Senior Consultant in Employer Health, you will provide strategic and technical employee benefit consulting services to plan sponsors, including employers and municipal governments. We are specifically interested in consultants with deep pharmacy benefits experience as well as general health and group benefits skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project manager for specific projects or key workstream lead on larger projects.
  • Evaluate Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) contracts, deal terms, and financial proposals.
  • Be conversant in the pharmacy business cycle and key players including drug manufacturers, GPOs, PBMs, payors, pharmacies and patients.
  • Prepare self-insured financial projections and support health plan management, including financial reporting, premium rate setting, and employee contributions.
  • Conduct employee benefits studies, including benchmarking and modeling alternative designs.
  • Develop comprehensive benefits strategies, including plan offerings and design.
  • Manage RFP processes for medical, dental, pharmacy, life, and disability programs, including development, administration, proposal evaluation, vendor selection, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Assist in the review and negotiation of premium rate/administrative fee renewals.
  • Advise clients on industry trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and compliance deadlines.
  • Evaluate vendors by reviewing services, contracts, performance guarantees, and renewals.
  • Analyze claims utilization data and assess health plan performance against strategy.

  • 3+ years of experience in PBM RFPs
  • 2+ years of underwriting experience beyond basic model usage.
  • 4+ years of experience managing multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field with strong mathematical content.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of at least three U.S. health & welfare benefit plan types (such as life, disability, dental) through direct project experience, completion of two or more relevant training courses, or authorship of at least two client deliverables or reports on these topics
  • Participated in the design, analysis, or administration of at least two U.S. Total Rewards programs (including compensation and retirement plans), or completed a minimum of 20 hours of formal training or certification in Total Rewards.
  • Successfully passed at least two Society of Actuaries (SOA) or Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams, or achieved Associate-level status (ASA/ACAS) or higher.

Manager, Sports & Sponsorship Activation, Deloitte US Sponsorships

We’re looking for a strategic, creative-minded marketer with a passion for sports to drive key activations around our sponsorship portfolio. Deloitte US national sponsorships deliver memorable activities and impactful brand messaging, showcase Deloitte capabilities, create opportunities for exceptional experiences for our professionals and recruits, and help deepen client relationships.

As a manager supporting our US Sponsorships team, excellent strategic thinking, project management, and activation experience will be critical to success in the role.

Work You’ll Do

This manager will focus on developing and executing marketing and hospitality activation plans for designated national sponsorships.

  • Sponsorship Activation: Develop overarching full-year activation plan to maximize rights and benefits of assigned sponsorship(s) across client engagement, marketing, and other areas.
  • Hospitality and Client Experience: Oversee the strategic development of client experiences at and around sporting events to create money can’t buy experiences
  • Marketing: Oversee the strategic development of key marketing activations across owned, paid, earned, and property channels.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with internal and external creative support to develop briefs and execute digital/social creative, web pages, print ads, video content, and other creative assets, ensuring clear, consistent representation of sponsorship messaging and brand design in all materials.
  • Social Media and Communications: Work closely with internal agency and team members to manage social media, internal communications, PR leadership engagement, and overall owned channel amplification of sponsorship activities.
  • Paid Media Plans: Support team members and media agency to develop, implement, and measure paid media plans across digital, social, broadcast, and other placements.
  • Internal Stakeholder Liaison and Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders to maximize sponsorship impact, brand safety, measurement, and other key areas.
  • Status Calls Management: Manage status calls with internal stakeholders and sponsorship properties, owning key relationships.
  • Property Collaboration, Rights & Contract Management: Work with sponsorship properties to maximize contractual and incremental assets. Coordinate and track reviews of copy and creative assets, both internally and externally. Become an expert on the rights and nuances of assigned sponsorship properties, including logo usage, terminology, available visual assets, and more. Internally serve as key point of contact for how teams across the organization can leverage the sponsorship within their own activations.
  • General Support: Support overall sponsorship activities which may include newsletter development, internal communications, cross-sponsorship and sponsorship-specific concepting, competitive analysis, presentation development, athlete negotiations, coordination of executive speaking engagements, ticket management, and other areas as assigned.
