As an Associate Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, implementation, and support of Delta’s cloud-based security controls.  The Cloud Security Engineering team has numerous security control guardrails deployed to many AWS accounts.  There are numerous types of technologies in use that support the DevSecOps process.  The engineer will need to have experience in working with Python and at least some exposure to AWS.  The engineer will help provide support for the custom AWS solutions built by the Cloud Security Engineering team in support of Delta’s information security program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in daily scrum meetings and collaboratively work with other team members.
  • Implement, deploy, and provide support for custom AWS Config Rules, Cloud Formation Hooks and other security guardrails.  Troubleshoot and resolve problems with existing controls.  Test and deploy enhancements and fixes when needed.
  • Innovate and create new cloud native products to further the goals of the information security program.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • 0-2 years of experience as a software engineer or relevant training or education
  • 0-2 years of experience in information security or relevant training or education
  • Experience engineering software within an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment

The Latin Pricing Team is seeking a team member with a passion for airline pricing, creating reporting tools, and improving automation processes. You will be responsible for performing analyses to determine Delta’s connect market pricing strategies in Latin America, the development and continuous improvement of Latin reporting tools that deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization, and working with the International Solutions and Latin market teams to optimize the execution of the entity’s pricing processes.

Aircraft Support Mechanic

As an Aircraft Support Mechanic with Delta TechOps, you will schedule and maintain a pre-determined timetable of servicing and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of machinery and equipment throughout TechOps including mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automated robotic, electronic and/or PLC controlled equipment.

Among the other responsibilities listed, you will perform annual major service TPM’s on equipment throughout TechOps that includes making repairs and adjustments to equipment, replacements of fluids, filters, belts, in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.

This includes completing minor repairs, adjustments and performing preventive maintenance on equipment which may include motors and controls, pneumatic systems, stock retrievers, conveyor systems, production machines, industrial ovens, and machine shop equipment.

The proficient use of diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications for post service checks is required.
