-Shift: 7:00am –; 3:30pm, Monday-Friday
-Pay:$22.00per hour.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal will also have the following skills:Powered Industrial Truck, Order Picker, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Safety, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), Classroom Facilitator.
-A Certified PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Trainer is strongly preferred but will train the ideal candidate.
-MUST have a minimum of one (1) years’ experience safely operating FOUR (4) or more of the following: Order (Cherry) Picker, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Stand-Up, Counter-balance, Sit-down Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack.
-MUST have one (1) years’ experience within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse, distribution environment withing multiple departments to include: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Order Replenishment. Returns.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead and train others.
-Experience within a safety department, committee, and/or additional safety related training is highly preferred.

Role Purpose:
Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Present training to associates and effectively communicate will all Associates
- Evaluate Associate’s RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success
- Assist with creating work reference guide.
- Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.)
- Support operations as needed by leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Certify Associates for MHE
- Actively participate in the YOBE process
- Create system login for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.)
- Updating on company goals and procedures.
- Identify training needs
- Conduct BBS observations
- Participate in Safety Committee
Required Education and Experience:
- Related technical experience
- MHE experience(sit down forklift and pallet jack)
- MHE experience(stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip), preferred
- Scrubber, preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

DHL is looking for a Casual Dockworker, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of time-sensitive materials. This position will supplement staffing needs at the local facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under tight deadlines, performs duties such as sorting, packing, loading, and unloading containers
- Palletizing and separation of freight/documents
- Ensures all delivery material is prepared for shipment
- Operates a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents/packages picked up or delivered
- Drive forklift
- Reports any suspected breach of security or unusual happenings to supervisor immediately
- Maintains good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
- May assist supervisor in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of other employees
- May perform on-road functions as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Driving Privileges standards
- Must be 18 years old

- Previous experience, preferably in a warehouse role
- Candidate must pass pre-employment background, drug, and medical physical screening
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to seventy (70) lbs occasionally
