What You’ll Do

 

  • Under general direction, responsible for servicing delinquent credit card accounts through varying contact channels (outbound, inbound, and digital messaging).

  • Minimizes losses to the company by assessing each customer situation to provide relevant payment options while strengthening the relationship with our customers.

  • Utilizes professional and influential communications to keep the goodwill of customers while securing payments.

  • Uses multi-tasking skills to handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced call center environment.

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

  • If working from home, you will need a quiet workspace so you can focus on our customers. You’ll also need a minimum of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload speed from your internet provider. A wired connection is required.

How You’ll Do It

  • Reviews past due accounts and calls customer to arrange an acceptable payment program for accounts from which sufficient funds cannot be collected.

  • Builds rapport with the cardmembers and works with customers to secure repayment on delinquent accounts.

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Handles difficult collection calls as determined by center management.

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • H.S. Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years Collections

  • 2+ years Advanced-level experience in customer service, detail orientation, professionalism, verbal communication, collections, negotiation, compliance, and system/computer fluency

  • 1+ years Working-level experience in listening skills

What You’ll Do

 

Responsible for managing anti-money laundering risks. Ensures all related anti-money laundering policies, standards, and practices are effectively implemented and followed by the business. Assists with the preparation and follow-up for regulatory reviews, internal audits, and other third party on-site examinations. Coordinates corrective actions in response to regulatory and/or internal findings. Partners with compliance to complete annual risk assessments. Collects management information and statistics for business unit anti-money laundering reporting. Provides guidance to the business regarding the identification, evaluation, mitigation and control of operational risks and business controls.

  • Assists with the preparation for regulatory exams, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Conducts end to end reviews for critical processes, identify gaps as they relate to operational and regulatory risk, and defines options for remediation.
  • Provides advisory services to the business for projects and initiatives.
  • Identifies and drives risk-control improvement efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for leading the development, maintenance and communication of business risk reporting, analytics, and risk governance activities that identify, measure and monitor key risk metrics for our business partners. Collaborates with key stake holders and business partners to deliver accurate and timely risk reporting and analytics. Partners closely with business partners and Corporate Risk Management (CRM), Compliance, Legal, and other Business Risk Office groups Delivers business risk reporting under tight timelines and makes continuous improvement to the reporting and analytics process.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

  • Ensures compliance with all Risk Reporting Procedures, Standards, and Policies as well as with any relevant regulatory requirements.
