Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT or security related field from an accredited university.
- Holding at least one security certification is preferable

- Experience in retail industry with insight and understanding of IT policies, standards and procedures
- Basic Knowledge and understanding of IT Risk, Compliance and Cybersecurity Frameworks
- Ability to develop standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards
- Ability to implement IT policies, standards and procedures leading to substantive improvements in compliance with large scale companies
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of issues
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Monitor debugging process results
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Ensure that issues raised during internal audits have been acted upon and resolved
- Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis under the guidance of Quality Assurance Lead
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Work with the Quality Assurance Lead to developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
