- Responsible for overseeing the workflow for the passenger service team, delegating tasks, and ensuring daily duties are performed safely and efficiently.
- Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel
- Verification of documents for international and domestic flights
- Assign passenger seats
- Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned flight
- Verify ticket and seat reservations
- Match manifest to on-board count
- Announce arrivals and departures as necessary
- Provide information to passengers/customers as requested
- Connect/disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary
- Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports
- Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift
- Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Including but not limited to standing, bending, stooping, walking, pushing, and pulling
- Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds

POSITION SUMMARY The Safety Administrator leads the internal safety program in collaboration with Human Resources at dnata catering. Responsibilities include maintaining records, providing safety training, conducting audits, and supervising personnel. They also assist with implementing safety programs, staying updated on regulations, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate has a degree in safety science or relevant field, strong communication skills, and can deliver effective training. They must be reliable, work well in a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a TSA/CBP clearance and a valid driver’s license. Some travel may be required.

You Will
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources to lead, manage, and implement the internal safety program.
- Maintain filing, record keeping, and reporting functions for OSHA 300’s, accidents, DR1 training, etc.
- Provide DR1/Ramp Safety Training for all drivers and flight administrators.
- Conduct daily A1 driver safety audits.
- Monitor and supervise ramp personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Human Resources, General Managers, and corporate safety to reduce worker injuries and workers’ compensation claims.
- Provide ongoing worker safety training.
- Participate in the company’s occupational safety and health committee.
- Assist in the implementation of a hazard communication program and preparation of reports.
- Review process-operating procedures/records and provide input for safety and health considerations.
- Stay updated on federal and state occupational safety and health regulations and monitor regulatory changes.
- Provide technical support to corporate and HR to ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and health regulations.
- Advise on regulatory changes that the company must comply with, ensuring sufficient advance notice for effective compliance.
- Audit company practices and records to ensure compliance with company programs and occupational safety and health regulations.
- Monitor lost-time injuries/illnesses and workers’ compensation claims.
- Review safety committee meeting minutes and safety inspection reports and follow up as necessary.
- Review injury/illness and noninjury incident investigation reports and follow up as necessary.

Fleet/Ground Service Equipment (GSE) A Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic

You Will
The Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Mechanic A is responsible for properly diagnosing and performing repairs to gas and diesel-powered engines, hydraulic, electric and air brake systems. This role plays a critical part in the continued success of the company and the safety of its team members.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using electrical and hydraulic schematics with test equipment is required.
- Repair, recondition, and maintain equipment components.
- Prepare and complete electronic work orders.
- Maintain company equipment; to be kept in clean, orderly, and functioning condition.
- Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI’s).
- Read and understand Manufacturer provided literature.
- Communicate with associates and management effectively regarding equipment conditions, issues, and recommendations.
