Merchandise Assistant

The Merchandising Assistant is responsible for supporting the Women’s and Men’s Merchandising team on operational and analytical aspects as well as provide market support during the buying campaign.

In-season responsibilities:

  • Execute weekly and ad hoc reports, analyzing sales data at regional and store level
  • Preparation of end of month business recaps/comments to highlight the category sales trend at a regional level

The salary for this role is $65,000 annually. Role Overview: As the Trade Marketing Manager for Makeup & Skincare, you will play a pivotal role in growing the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty brand within the highly competitive beauty landscape. Your primary responsibility will be developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across our makeup and skincare product lines. You will work with retail partners to enhance in-store and online presence, create engaging in-store & external events, and continuously build strong partnerships that contribute to the expansion and success of the Dolce & Gabbana brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Marketing Strategy for Makeup & Skincare:

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies specifically designed for the makeup and skincare categories to expand brand visibility and accelerate growth across all retailer points of distribution.

  • Retailer Collaboration:

Qualifications:

Key Account Manager Department Stores

Role Summary: Responsible for delivering sustainable growth plan for brand at account. Determines where to play, how to win and uncovers white space opportunities. They are the main point of contact for their retail partners and manages overall relationship from strategic vision to execution, working closely with internal marketing, education, supply, planning and Field teams to achieve overall goals.

Reporting Structure: Reports to VP of Account Management

Account Responsibility: Department Stores including, but not limited to, Dillard’s, Belk, Boscov’s and Von Maur.

Work Location: Remote/Field – Travel to Miami corporate office for business meetings and Field travel for store checks and competitive landscape understandings.

Responsibilities:

Account Strategy and Market Insights

  • Leverage a deep understanding of the retailer landscape and market trends to establish an overarching account strategy that aligns with category priorities, marketing campaigns, assortment planning, merchandising, promotional activities (e.g., GWP, sets), holiday initiatives, collateral, and training programs.

Calendar and Planning Coordination
