JOB PURPOSE

Provide a comprehensive level of administrative and organisational support to the executive, to ensure they are fully supported, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the department.  Act on behalf of the senior executive to take action and decisions in agreed areas of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extensive diary and agenda management across time zones
  • Being first point of contact for leadership team

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Previous experience of working as a PA to Senior Management
  • Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in Concur or other travel and expense systems
  • Experience in using technology for meetings (VC, teleconference, skype, webex etc)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to be very flexible and to re-prioritise near-term assignments

Mercor is seeking highly skilled Generalists (Bachelor’s degree minimum) to support a fast-moving project with one of the world’s leading AI labs. This initiative focuses on improving AI systems designed for therapeutic-style conversations by evaluating, comparing, and refining model-generated responses.

In this role, you will review pairs of AI-generated replies and assess them against structured criteria (e.g., empathy, emotional insight, communication quality, and appropriateness for supportive dialogue). When needed, you will also produce clear, improved rewrites that better meet the project’s standards. Your work will directly support research teams as they strengthen safe, supportive, and human-aligned AI behavior in mental-health-oriented conversation settings.

Important: This project has an accelerated timeline and requires contributors who can begin immediately following a mandatory onboarding session.

Project Manager

Partnerships Project Manager I US – Remote

The Global Partnerships team manages relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, media, and entertainment. Focusing on major social media platforms, the team helps drive product priorities and partner success across a family of apps. We are looking for a Program Manager to work with Partners Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers within the Music space to assist with data analysis, partner program management, and manage partner inbound.

Responsibilities Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption Support on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team. Junior Developer

We are seeking a Junior Developer to help design, build, and maintain backend services within a layered, well-architected system. This role is intended for developers who are comfortable navigating existing architectures, contributing meaningful improvements, and maintaining long-term code quality.

You will collaborate closely with Senior Developers, contributing to implementation decisions, reviewing code, and helping ensure architectural consistency across the codebase.

This position is located in Austin, Texas and is an in-office position. Relocation is not offered.

Customer Support Executive

Hybrid Role – Based in our Sheffield office 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.

⏰ This is a full time role – Mon – Fri, 37.5 hours per week.

  • Previous experience of working within customer service team delivering first class customer experience
