Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager from Financial Services Industry to lead and expand our sales efforts in the South region for our secured loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through Sub-DSA, Open Market, and Connector channels. As the Regional Sales Manager, will be responsible for driving sales growth, meeting targets, and overseeing Area Sales Managers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the reach of secured loans across the Northern region.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with Sub-DSA, Open Market, and Connector partners to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of Area Sales Managers, ensuring they meet sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, risk, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of loan processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 8+ Years in sales management, preferably in secured loan products (home loans, loan against property, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services market and loan products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

Build cutting-edge, scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code, and pushing your design and architecture limits for new product development

Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
