Dupont is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Analyst- Accounts Receivables Reconciliations at their Hyderabad, Telangana India locations. In this role, the AR Reconciliation Specialist would be responsible for performing the reconciliation of AR accounts (AR Trade, AR Misc., Suspense, Control, Misdirect, Bank, and interim accounts) and should submit the accounts in the Blackline tool in a timely manner with adherence to Accounting policy.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to clearly define what is Timing item, unreconciled and work on it to reduce the number of unreconciled items with clear action plan.
- Proficiency and hands-on knowledge Preferably in SAP or any other ERP: Specifically – Reconciliation, Cash application functionality.
- Investigating Suspense/unallocated cash etc.
- Responsible to know the AR in and out to perform the reconciliation accurately and in accordance to Blackline policy and accounting policy.
- Responsible to support transition as an when required.
Mandatory: Skill Sets/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-5 years of experience in Reconciliation related to Account receivable, Bank and interim/Control accounts.
- Preferred Blackline tool for reconciliation submission.
- Must have Strong Accounting background and attention to details.
- Flexible to work in different shifts – in 24/7 environment.
- Demonstrates analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Desired to have Skills:
- SAP experience is preferred
- Advance Excel knowledge would an added advantage
- Experience in complex transitions in AR domain
