As part of Tetra Tech’s new DSX division, we’re looking for a creative, proactive designer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. This role combines graphic design and marketing for proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials, with opportunities to lead pursuits and support business development.
You’ll be part of a small, agile team supporting projects nationwide and will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and project teams. Responsibilities include developing print and digital assets, creating compelling visual narratives for proposals and statements of qualifications, designing event graphics and signage, and helping shape strategic pursuit materials that win work.
The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and audience-conscious, able to translate complex engineering content into clear, visually engaging communications.
Responsibilities:
Develop graphic design concepts for proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and marketing materials.
Create visually engaging, interactive presentations and dynamic slide decks to support sales and pursuits.
Design conference booth visuals, large-format graphics, and internal digital assets, including layouts, iconography, and infographics.
Collaborate with pursuit teams to produce custom graphics, covers, renderings, and page layouts.
Lead or contribute to pursuits, helping shape marketing strategies and higher-level client-facing materials.
Recommend and execute interactive design solutions, visual schemes, and forward-thinking marketing concepts with minimal direction.
Manage file production workflow, communicating with printers to ensure smooth delivery of materials.
Produce motion graphics, video content, and edited photography as needed.
Engage clients on design and marketing initiatives to enhance proposals and brand presence.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate with 5–10 years of experience in graphic design for print, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint. A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Familiarity with the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) consulting industry is highly valued. Candidates should be skilled at gathering information from multiple sources and translating complex content into clear, engaging visual communications. About the Role
Culmen is seeking a Project Manager responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the DHS OCRSO support contract. This role focuses on the execution of technical tasks, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring the quality of data-driven deliverables.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role
- Operational Management: Assist the Senior PM in managing project schedules, tracking action items, and coordinating the activities of the technical team.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Support the development of analytical tools, reports, and dashboards using software such as Tableau, Power BI, and ArcGIS.
- Strategic Communications: Draft and edit professional communication materials, including briefings, fact sheets, and training modules for DHS stakeholders.
