About the job

Most important responsibilities:

  • teaching of defined learning content, structures and objectives, aligned with the company’s processes and the dual training framework plan
  • implementation of training courses, exercises, practice projects and learning objective checks
  • provision of tools and methods for apprentices to develop learning content independently
  • ensuring that the defined training content is taught by the On-Job-Training-departments or the part time trainers
  • Being a role model regarding the Endress+Hauser culture and deriving measures for the personal development of trainees
  • assessing, documenting and promoting the professional and personal development of apprentices and students
  • participation in or management of projects in the respective training area

Job requirement: Graduate of a vocational school, Experience in a company / technical departments e.g. Quality, Calibration, Process or Production, Further education in regard Bachelor e.g. Evening university and willingness to be exposed to an English-speaking environment’

Summary

Responsible for the Equipment Engineerprocesses and technologies to support business targets.

Prime Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair existing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment.
  • Ensure equipment meets all safety standards and complies with regulations.
  • Determine root cause of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment problems and develop solutions.
  • Create and maintain equipment performance metrics and track progress over time.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans for capacity, downtime, or maintenance periods in production.
  • Deliver continuous improvements via capital investments, efficiency gains and through reductions in waste.
  • Controlling the Power & Water Cost
  • Control the repair & maintenance cost.
  • Spare parts management .
  • Initiate and lead TPM activities across the plant.
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 System Compliance
  • 5S & Kaizen implementation in the Department

Minimum Education/ Experience

  • Bachelors in engineering degree, Electrical specialization
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of related experience

Candidate must be

  • B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputed engineering institutes
  • 17 + years’ experience from Engineering Company.
  • Experience in production processes and people management
  • Experience in complex Project Management
  • Experience in manufacturing complex machines with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics related assemblies, project equipment manufacturing
  • Must have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel in India and abroad.
  • You must have a working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications. – Mechanical & electrical CAD knowledge is preferred.
  • Understanding of Engineering Drawing is essential along with GD&T.
  • Experience with QMS requirements.
  • To be self-motivated and can work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Expected Job responsibilities

Summary

Responsibilities

  • Order handling –from all sales centers of the region: Order acceptance, confirmation, material availability check, follow-up with production, transportation management, customer communication, ensuring timely delivery up to customer end. Coordination for Customer complaint handling.
  • Maintain delivery & Quality reliability above company targets.
  • Production logistics and material handling.
  • Ensure stock accuracies.
  • Dispatch and transportation management in coordination with Logistics service provider.
  • Ensuring proper dispatch documentation including customs regulations.
  • Handling transport damage complaints and initiating improvement actions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Batchelor of Engineering –Mechanical engineering or production engineering

Education and / or Experience

  • About 5-8 years of experience in customer order handling & production and material planning.
  • Experience of interacting with sales/ customers.
  • Experience in automobile, electronics, engineering, or instrumentation industry.
  • Experience in an MNC will be an added advantage.
  • Experience of working in an ERP environment with SD, MM & PP module is a must.

Training/exposure
