Chief of Staff CRO xScale

Job Summary

Our organization now has an important role to play. We need to build a go-to-market (GTM) engine that expands our xScale opportunity and accelerates revenue growth.  As such, the Customer and Revenue organization (CRO) has recently set up a CRO xScale team.  We are hiring a Chief of Staff role who reports to the SVP, CRO xScale is responsible for supporting the CRO xScale leadership team in defining, planning, and overseeing the execution of business-critical initiatives. The individual in this role will excel at collaboration, be outcome-oriented through others and establish trust-based relationships both internally and externally. They will address complex situations and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, appropriately prioritizing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a strong ability to be self-starting, be process oriented, and must possess strong communication skills and data analytic/research skills. Responsibilities

  • Provide insight and guidance across CRO xScale and extended xScale teams to ensure the effective and timely execution of business-critical initiatives
  • Be a student and teacher of leadership – bring new methodologies in place to keep the leadership team performing at a high level
  • The ability to see around corners: The foresight and strategic awareness to anticipate challenges and opportunities before they emerge, allowing for proactive decision-making and preparation

 

Planning and Execution

  • Collaborate with the SVP, CRO xScale, in partnership with the Leadership Team to identify and execute programs and projects with high-profile, business-critical dependencies and outcomes
  • Design forums and cadences that bring CRO xScale, Global CRO organization and extended xScale teams along the growth journey in xScale business.   This will include but not limited to facilitation in functional offsites, extended leadership forums, and rhythm of business. Contribute to and provide preparation materials for CRO xScale reviews. Build CRO xScale contribution for other internal and external forums
  • Act as a liaison to the executive team and stakeholder Chiefs of Staff to align and execute on strategic priorities, milestones, and deliverables. Work closely with CRO xScale Leadership Team, CRO Leadership team and cross functional xScale/CRO functions
  • Collaborate across internal organizations to facilitate key initiatives that contribute to achieving the overall CRO xScale objectives

 

Communications

  • Develop and drive effective communications for the SVP, CRO xScale, ensuring messaging is tailored for the intended audience (internal, customer, investor, analyst, media)
  • Contribute to creating a variety of executive presentations, including PowerPoint materials, video scripts, articles, and other communication vehicles
  • Provide regular updates to ensure teams work cohesively and achieve their shared goals in alignment with their objectives
  • Encourage feedback from stakeholders and help manage expectations
  • Be the Truth teller – elevate the unspoken voice, stitch together themes across the teams (internal, customer, investor, industry)

 

Project / Program Delivery

  • Demonstrate expertise in defining business requirements and project plans to coordinate team execution
  • Take responsibility for the program and/or project delivery of agreed initiatives containing multiple high-profile/business-critical dependencies

Data Center Operations Technician IV

Job Summary

Responsibilities

Work Order & Queue Management

  • Review, prioritize, and complete advanced work orders, ensuring all requests are handled with accuracy and on time
  • Manage expedited requests, escalating or redirecting as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of activities and generate reports for both internal teams and customers
  • Create and track purchase orders (POs) and purchase requests (PRs).
  • Assign, manage, and track keys and locks (customer and internal)

 

Installations & Builds

  • Perform skilled rack and stack installations of customer equipment
  • Read and follow installation plans, executing complex builds that may include:

-Fiber trays, ladder racks, cabinets, and cable management systems

-Overhead cable trays and cage mesh installs

-Grounding of cabinets and racks

  • Execute tape changes and backup updates
  • Identify capacity concerns and raise them to leadership
  • Perform quality checks and recommend process improvements

 

Cross-Connects

  • Install, terminate, and test cross-connects across copper, fiber, and advanced circuit types (switched, multiplexed, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and certify layer 1–3 cross-connects
  • Ensure all work meets quality and operational standards

 

Testing & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting on customer circuits and infrastructure
  • Support escalated issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Perform layer 1–3 certification testing

 

Customer Support & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Deliver a high level of service when working directly with customers on-site
  • Support customer deployments, upgrades, and escalations with precision and professionalism
  • Provide access control and escorting as needed
  • Partner with internal teams (operations, engineering, vendors) on projects and escalations

 

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support advanced data center build-outs and custom customer projects

Leadership & Development

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on data center experience (installations, cross-connects, troubleshooting, customer-facing work)

  • Skilled in troubleshooting circuits (layer 1–3) and handling escalations
  • Comfortable with physical aspects of the job (lifting, installing equipment, working overhead)

Commissioning Senior Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the planning and coordinating of the commissioning for large-scale greenfield data centers and retrofit live data centers.

 

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Creates and implements multi-facility, standards-based commissioning plans and schedules
  • Provides input and suggestions on new and existing Critical Environment Programs
  • Communicates effectively with both business operations and construction managers
  • Responsible for regional, short- to medium-term pipeline management to inform resource planning
  • Liaises with internal construction managers and external general contractors on the planning and execution of all commissioning activities
  • Maintains commissioning logs, equipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projects
  • Responsible to the construction project manager for input into the project budget for all commissioning activities
