Job Summary

As part of the Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) organization, a Strategic Sourcer builds and executes all candidate generation strategies and partners with Recruiters and hiring managers through the process. The key focus for you as a Strategic Sourcer is too deeply understand the business, roles and market by executing sourcing strategies that focus on passive candidates, with an emphasis on pace and quality. You will have the opportunity to partner with the onsite ITS Team to provide input and execute sourcing strategy to attract the best talents the industry has to offer.

 

  • You will need to identify, engage, and qualify some of the best minds out there
  • Leverage a top tier tech Sourcing tech stack to identify and engage leads across multiple lines of business
  • Build talent pipelines for key skill sets and capabilities to proactively provide talent to hiring teams to expedite the hiring process
  • Act as key point of contact for interested leads and candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Be the market expert within industry space and provide regular, relevant reporting on talent landscaping, competitor analysis and resourcing research
  • Experiment with creative and innovative sourcing strategies to understand and engage the talent market
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to outreach methods, challenge current methods of engaging with talent and set high expectations around diversity of candidate funnel and candidate slates
  • Maintaining timely and accurate reporting and funnel metrics
  • Work closely with internal partners including Talent Branding and TA Pathways team on campaigns and initiatives to increase diversity and brand awareness in the market
  • Creation and execution of candidate outreach projects as assigned
  • Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with Equinix workforce plan
  • Drive conversion from passive to active by positive presenting Equinix in the market
  • Outline Equinix market position, and build external candidates’ knowledge of opportunity fit, level, and compensation structure

AMER Category Manager, Data Center Design & Commissioning

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced America Category Manager to lead our sourcing and project execution efforts in the Data Center Design and Commissioning consultancy category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, project management, and a deep understanding of data center operations. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our supply chain, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category strategies for data center design and commissioning consultancy sourcing that align with the company’s overall objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and contractors in the data center industry
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards
  • Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders, including construction teams and legal departments, to facilitate seamless project execution and compliance
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing strategies and project execution
  • Oversee the execution of data center projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in sourcing and project execution
  • Prepare and present reports on category performance, supplier performance, and project outcomes to senior management
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or project management within the data center or related industry
  • Strong understanding of data center design, commissioning processes, and project execution methodologies
  • Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and relationship management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and suppliers, including construction teams and legal departments
  • Proficiency in procurement software and project management tools

Strategic Change & Delivery Senior Manager

The Strategic Change and Delivery Senior manager will be responsible for leading and executing enterprise change initiatives and go-to-market (GTM) plans for internal employee facing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in change management, market strategy, enterprise implementation, behavioral change, process adoption and delivery management. The successful candidate will work closely with various HR Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new initiatives.  This role partners with senior leaders to design and execute internal employee-facing go-to-market strategies that align with organizational goals and priorities. As a key member of our internal consulting services practice, the senior manager will drive alignment across functions, ensures governance and measures the impact of initiatives through robust success metrics. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this role shapes strategies that optimize workforce effectiveness and supports a culture of adaptability and engagement.

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, with a particular focus on enterprise implementation and delivery management to an employee audience.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive HR product and initiative launches to empolyees and reinforce adoption and sustainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, program leads, HR business partners, and HR operations to ensure successful implementation and execution of plans
  • Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes, especially in enterprise implementation projects
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and delivery strategies, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the organization

 

Strategic Change Management

  • Partner with HR and business senior leaders to drive buy-in, alignment and sponsorship on initiatives, identifying sources of resistance and fostering a culture of adaptability and clarity
  • Define, measure and monitor change adoption metrics, assess risks, and recommend interventions to address resistance or gaps
  • Establish success measures and leverage data-driven insights to refine change management practices and demonstrate ROI to senior stakeholders
  • Drive accountability and alignment among across functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution
  • Create materials and facilitate discussions for an executive audience, to align leadership on strategies, decisions and delivery approach
  • Advise program sponsors on organizational dynamics and develop options for key decisions to support implementation success
  • Develop and drive stakeholder mapping and engagement to identify supporter communities to drive innovator and early adopter change momentum

 

Project Management

  • Lead the project management of GTM and implementation workstream activities, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, scope management to balance priorities and risks
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of the employee-facing go-to-market plan including readiness interventions, communications, and other tactics
  • Define best practices and governance model to track project progress, resolve risks, ensure accountability, and align project outcomes with business strategies
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, results, delivering insights that drive decision-making
  • Lead efforts to refine project management standards, tools, and methodologies to enhance project team effectiveness

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Change Management, HR, consulting, Project Management, or a similar filed with a focus of designing and delivering employee-facing go-to-market solutions, transformation or implementation
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end go-to-market and implementation efforts for large-scale organizational initiatives
  • Strong project management experience with expertise in managing complex and cross-functional projects
  • Experience at a professional services consulting firm is preferred
  • Certification in Change Management is an asset
  • Certification in project management is an asset

Billing Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure that the customer’s monthly billing is complete and accurate.
  • Analyze and perform billing adjustments timely and accurately to customer accounts, making sure that the proper levels of authorization and documentation are in place
  • Process manual invoices/credit memos and order quotes as requested·
  • Review Invoices and conducts variance analysis, with sign-off required
  • Coordinate monthly invoice run to ensure accurate and timely customer billings
  • Manage the Customers’ Cases in SFDC (ECM) timely and accurate to meet all internal SLAs.
  • Assist in month-end close-related tasks.
  • Assist in Audits & SOX controls
  • Works closely with cross-functional organizations (VP’s, Account Executives, CSM, C&C, and Legal) to respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer billing issues
  • Resolve and track billing issues as they arise, working with the upstream teams to fix root cause problems (e.g. SLA credits, install date discrepancies)
  • Acts as First Line Support for approval requests and deal inquiries
  • Participate in UATs, projects, and ad hoc assignments as needed
  • Implement and document processes and procedures required by SOX
  • Provide input into the on-going development and support of billing systems, processes, and policies.
  • Drives delivery of continuous process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to achieve operational efficiencies
  • Leads small projects on systems and process efficiencies
  • Assist by providing analytical thoughts as guidance to peers on complex problems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent professional qualification
  • 3+ years’ experience preferred in a customer-facing environment

  • Experience with Oracle Financial R12, Oracle Cloud, Collection Module and Salesforce
