GTM Business Strategy Architect | Strategic & Enterprise Segment ​

 

 

​Job Summary

We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Architect to lead the strategic design and execution of our segmentation-focused GTM framework. Reporting to the VP of GTM Strategic Planning, this role will drive growth and efficiency across Strategic, Enterprise segments, aligning Sales and Support strategies with the company’s 12–24-month growth objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering impactful insights, operational excellence, and innovative solutions to optimize revenue generation and enhance cross-functional collaboration. ​

 

This high-impact position requires a visionary leader who can blend strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a data-driven approach to create scalable blueprints for organizational success

 

Responsibilities

Business Strategy

  • Drive strategic and data-driven decision-making and help inform business decisions through analysis, research and insights
  • Drive strategic alignment for projects/ pilots focused on high priority business problems, identify actionable insights, deliver strategic recommendations and analyses, to influence and drive consensus across functional leaders
  • Lead GTM planning aligned to company strategy, including launching, and scaling innovative initiatives tailored to segment-specific challenges and opportunities
  • Monitor and deeply understand business performance in sales plays / solution environment and diagnose the root cause of problems when they occur
  • Recommend new approaches to GTM execution, iterating based on results and scaling successful

 

Strategic Segmentation End-to-End Ownership & Blueprint Designs

  • Own the design and operationalization of end-to-end blueprints that integrate Pre-Sales, Sales, Technical Sales, Success and Support Functions for seamless GTM execution
  • Collaborate closely with the RevOps LT and CRO LT to define growth priorities and align blueprints / strategies
  • Architect and oversee the implementation of innovative GTM strategies that balance efficiency and growth across segments
  • Drive end-to-end accountability for blueprint design, landing strategies, measuring success, and iterating based on data-driven insights
  • Align cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives, improve team efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience, ensuring strategies address both short-term objectives and long-term scalability

 

Portfolio Management and External Best Practices

  • Oversee a comprehensive end-to-end portfolio of GTM strategies, initiatives/pilots, and solutions by segment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to identify and incorporate industry best practices into GTM strategies
  • Provide thought leadership by framing actionable insights and recommendations for senior executives, ensuring alignment with market trends and competitive dynamics

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in high growth Software / Tech industry in business ops and/or consulting, strategy
  • A deep understanding of Enterprise business models, top tiers of segmentation – both Sales-driven (understand sales strategies, quotas, territories, HC planning, pipeline generation) and Channel Led (reseller/partners) ​
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution of strategy​
  • Ability to think big picture with a cross-portfolio perspective while connecting the dots in a multi-product environment​
  • Experience driving change in high-growth, dynamic environments
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, pilot, and scale strategic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes

 

Skills and Attributes

Senior Director, Asset Management, Americas

As a Senior Director, Asset Management in xScale you will be responsible for the end to end accountability of Assets under your management and their financial performance, being accountable to Investors. You will undertake the leadership role on Investor Relations, JV obligations and Communications.  You will have Accountability for Customer deals for your assets and ongoing management of escalations leveraging the Equinix Sales and Legal groups to execute. You will be relied on to help build and improve the xScale platform around Asset Management Functions. Your focus will be on the $15B JV that Equinix has recently entered into. You will partner closely with xScale Corp Dev and Finance on asset addition into the JV, leading engagement with the Investors.

Responsibilities

  • Have intimate knowledge of JV documents between Equinix and the JV partners and assure that obligations are understood across the Equinix Functional teams. Assure adherence to Obligations.
  • Prepare materials and present to internal and external investors on Business Cases. Partner with internal groups to assume accuracy and consistency of information being presented.
  • Chair Investor meetings and present to Investors on multiple cadences depending on investors specific to an AMER only JV.
  • Review and analyze asset level data and financials, reviewing for accuracy and opportunities.
  • Partner with xScale Business Ops and Finance of driving fiscal performance improvements.
  • Coordinate with D&C, Legal, Ops and Treasury on engagement with the JV partner and be able to speak authoritatively with support of those groups when presenting to Investors.
  • Partner with Sales on establishing pricing and terms for customer offers to achieve profitable returns in line or better than investment underwriting.
  • Prepare Deal Offer details and in turn corresponding deal summaries to go to investors at completion of deals.
  • Own negotiations representing xScale and the JV, in close partnership with the Equinix Customer Commercial Legal team.
  • Lead the development and delivery, coordinate and review inputs to QBR and present with support from other functional leaders as necessary – Ops, Finance, Legal etc
  • Own the Annual plan for JV, with support from internal groups across xScale, Finance and Ops.
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in cross-functional product operations, finance, investor management or revenue operations-facing roles within a large-scale, matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record to lead and collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering content and messaging to executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to convey financial information to both technical and non-technical partners.

Legal Operations Technology Analyst

As a part of the Global Legal Operations team, the Legal Operations Technology Analyst will be responsible for working with various stakeholders across the Legal department on projects, from opportunity alignment and requirements gathering through design and delivery. The focus for this role will be on technology projects that drive digital transformation across the Legal practice areas, from enhancing current systems, supporting system integrations to developing business requirements and common processes for new system deployments. The Legal Operations Technology Analyst must juggle responsibilities across various projects with a wide range of complexities.

 

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with solid technology experience and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you will have a background in business analysis and project management with the ability to foster relationships with staff across the legal department globally to achieve positive results. Successful candidates will have experience deploying digital technology to a legal practice area or a complementary function with transferable skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs and objectives for the Legal department
  • Support creation of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Support the implementation, deployment, and further development of Legal Technology systems (ServiceNow, Onit, iManage etc.)
  • Lead the creation, ongoing analysis, and maintenance of existing and future state process documents, guides, and training materials
  • Lead and administer Legal technology and Project Management systems trainings
  • Track, monitor, and suggest ServiceNow system workflow enhancements with internal IT and vendor developers
  • Assist in the creation of new Knowledge Base materials in ServiceNow
  • Support E-billing system admin duties
  • Track, monitor, and suggest E-billing system enhancements with internal IT and vendor developers
  • Support E-billing technology projects (ex. Matter Management Dashboard roll-out, AP Integration refresh)
  • Create and submit Jira tickets for IT development
  • Create, conduct, and coordinate user acceptance testing on various legal technology initiatives
  • Act as the liaison with various stakeholders, including IT, as needed
  • Project management of smaller Legal technology projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and partner with Senior Manager of Legal Technology and IT and external service providers to recommend practical, innovative solutions
  • Support and at times, lead New Hire Legal Technology overview training program
  • Department-wide report creation and distribution
  • Work closely with business partners to understand processes, gaps, and goals
  • Use a variety of problem-solving skills to resolve issues with internal teams and stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years completing similar tasks to those above, and within a Legal environment, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with Legal technology and processes preferred
  • Project Management qualifications preferred
  • Ability to identify and manage cross-team and cross-project dependencies
  • Ability to anticipate and address issues early with strong customer focus
  • Strong analytical skills, including business case acumen
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects for various internal customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Ability to make decisions independently, knowing how and when to escalate issues

Senior Director, Business Opertions

The Senior Director of Business Operations is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring that Equinix delivers on strategic objectives, optimizes day-to-day operations, and maintains an effective operating rhythm. This role will leverage data-driven insights to drive operational efficiency and strategic alignment while overseeing the implementation and execution of key strategic programs.  This leader will build organizational capacity, up-leveling everything they touch such that things work better even after they are no longer involved.   This role reports into the Equinix Business Operations Office, with a direct line to the VP, Operating Model.

 

Responsibilities

  • Operating Rhythm: Leads the Equinix rhythm of the business ensuring we are executing effectively, at pace, towards our strategy
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with  functional business operations leaders and C-Suite executives to align operational initiatives with business strategy and objectives
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with functional business operations leaders to understand their needs, gather insights, and drive collaborative solutions
  • Information Synthesis: Analyze and synthesize complex data and information to provide simple, clear and actionable recommendations and insights
  • Growth mindset:  Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of operational initiatives and business performance
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts by advocating for operational excellence and fostering a continuous improvement culture
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Masterful at working and influencing cross functionally, managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with C-suite leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
