Your key responsibilities
- Be responsible for delivering highest quality deliverables on assurance related tasks which comply to EY Global methodology.
- To impart technical and non-technical training and learning sessions.
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring Associates and Advanced associates.
- Leading calls with EY onshore teams to discuss work related issues, providing updates and discuss development on the engagement.
- Responsible for first level review of deliverables prepared by Associates and Advanced Associates.
- Contribute ideas for improvement by comparing efficiency of review procedures performed across different clients.
- Develop knowledge of use of EY technology and tools to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
