You will be working with the Vehicle Deployment team in Bengaluru.

This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru, and help more people adapt to 15 minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Collection Executive you will be responsible for:

Setup and own the background verification process for all customers

Ensure contract agreements are executed for all rental vehicle before delivery

Ensure to onboard all the rental customers for ENACH payments.

Set Up payment collection dates for all the rental customers.

Track and collect all rentals before the stipulated deadline.

Track customers and ensure collection of outstanding charging dues.

About The Candidate

The candidate should have prior experience in Collecting Payments and Background

verification process. The candidate should be equipped with good communication skills both

verbal and written. The candidate should be comfortable in communicating and dealing with

cross-functional teams within the organisation.

A startup experience is a plus.

Sales Officer Passenger

What we Need:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and exceptional customer relationship skills. This role involves engaging with customers plying their 3W passenger vehicles (autos), understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive volume and market share of the product through channel partners in the assigned territory

Work closely with the dealership and OEM sales partners

Develop secondary channel of sub dealerships, new aggregators in the area for better reach and incremental volumes

Liasoning with transport authority of the area for issuing new /replacement permits of L5 EV Passenger vehicle in the area

Generate &monitor sales pipeline in the specific micro markets, applications through various sources

Planning and execution of ATL/BTL activities independently/ in coordination of dealerships team and owning the adherence and output through the engagements with tempo unions, presidents and drivers

Create understanding and awareness of company product in Channel network and market.

Visit market for survey and collect data base to formulate sales strategy

Demonstrate the product features and benefits and assist customers in providing information on range of products and schemes ie. Battery and Charging infra

Understand the need of the customer and offer appropriate solution ensuring seamless customer on boarding during pre and post sales transaction’

Focus on Value selling and establishing product operating economics (Opeco)/BRT to take mind share of customers thus increases the conversion ratio

Regular Follow up with prospective and existing customers, Tempo unions, drivers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat and referrals business

Detailed and validated information of industry, competitor products, new launches, price, schemes and promotional activities and provide feedback to management

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Senior Test Integration Engineer

Job Description

  • Create comprehensive test plans in line with various product interactions and integrations
  • Perform RLDA activities and provide benchtop test plans for the vehicle components, particularly the battery and charging port
  • Ensure interaction between the products; both hardware and software are vetted for field release
  • Establish test standards customized to vehicles
  • Participate, lead & review DFMEA, FTA, and RCA for vehicle integration
  • Highlight interaction risks proactively and devise methods to clear them or convert them to bugs for tracking and closure
  • You should be able to guide the development of automatic or semi-automatic testing for faster action and wider test coverage across the ecosystem

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters in Automotive / Instrumentation / Mechatronics engineering
  • 5+ years of proven experience in complex electromechanical system integration and evaluation
  • Must have experience in RLDA
  • Must have experience in designing and/or testing end user-facing products for durability
  • Knowledge of Battery and Charger management systems
